Why don´t you just contact them through their support tickets? I always get a answer within 1 to 2 days from them. Coming here and posting like this won´t get you your order! You have to ask gearbest.com where the package is, it might also be stuck at custom duty in your country, don´t forget that!
Take this as a lucky escape and spend your money in a shop or a site that has a good customer service attached to it other wise you will regret the day you gave this company any of your hard earned cash. Please run a mile from this company. Good luck what ever you decide.
Don't trust them on their stock availability, delivery time or even product specs (look on internet/youtube for real specs). You will get them most likely, but will have to wait an indefinite period of time.
Here's what you need to know about GearBest: They do have legitimate items. These items are the same as the items you would find at most other sites unless they are identified as clones or "styled" after authentic items. They will ship for free just about anywhere in the world. You can expect to receive your purchase in one to two months assuming they have the item in stock. Sometimes they may not have the item in stock but do not state so. In that case expect your delivery time to be even longer. You can pay extra for faster delivery. It will still take about three weeks to get (again, assuming they have it in stock to begin with). If your item is defective, taking too long to stock or you do not like it, be prepared to be ignored or get the run-around. Be prepared to write many (10 - 20) emails and due to the language barrier, repeat yourself endlessly as to what your problem is. IF they finally agree with you, they will place a CREDIT in your Gear Wallet which you can use to buy more items from them. Hopefully you do not repeat this frustrating cycle again. They do seem to respond to Paypal more than the customer. I would suggest you use Paypal exclusively to make purchases and to use Paypal to resolve any refund requests. In the end, it may be wiser to purchase somewhere else in order to save a great deal of frustration.
No, my experience with them was beyond being able to just label it a bad experience. I'm 59 and it is by fair the worst company that I have ever had the displeasure to deal with.
I wouldn't trust them even if they answered you with a yes. I advise if you can find the product elsewhere even if it is slightly more expensive, go with it because in the end it will save you from all the hassle with going back and forth with GearBest, which in the end does not even solve your problem.
