NO, you will never receive your item. If you paid through Paypal just claim from there. Do not waste your time to dealing with these people. This company will ask you to drop your claim from paypal and just wait another few days. Do not trust them. Just get your money as soon as possible.

Based on my experience with Gearbest, I would go without an item I needed before I would order anything from them again.

Whether the site is secure or not, I believe it is.
However, what is the point of buying something if one waits indefiniteley? I ordered 4 pairs of cycling gloves and 3 months later am still waiting! By the time the gloves arrive I will be using a walker! I need them now not months down the line. Pay a little more and shop elsewhere! My opinion only!

Ripoff site, do not send them money or you will lose it. Even with paypal protection when they give excuse after excuse on why they haven't sent your order it will take months if not a year to get your money back. It is not worth the hassle.

Its safe and secure to buy at Gearbest. The best way is using Paypal for your payments. All my orders arived in between 10 days and 30 days. The are improving their website on this moment because there where problems with the correct display of the shipping date. Sometime it take's longer then they promissed because of incorrect stock data. This is wat they working on and they gonna display the stock ammount at the product page. New products can take a little longer because of the supliers don't always deliver Gearbest on the promissed date. If there is a delayment in shipping, you can make a ticket and they will give you a update on the info. I bought a Kangertech Kbox mini that stopt working after 4 months and they gave me a refund on this product without any problem.
