These Chinese companies do not know the meaning of customer service. They seem think apologizing profusely after every transaction that goes wrong, is sufficient; and believe me, they seem to get it wrong almost every time.
My experience with 2; I want to buy this tablet that is only available in China. I ordered through another Chinese online retailer, Gearbest. It said they have it in stock and will be shipped between 3-7 days. I waited 8 days and it still showed "Processing". So I contacted them, only to be told they don't really have it in stock but will get it in 11 days. I read reviews were people were constantly told this, so I threated then with Paypal and writing reviews on this site (which I did). They refunded my money.
So I ordered it through DealsMachine, which stated 24HOUR shipping on the tablet. But before I ordered, I emailed to check if they REALLY have it in stock. They said yes. So I ordered. It is about 30HOURS now and still in "Processing". At a guess, if they do bother to ship it, may be a week, even weeks.
What I have learned from this experience: DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY WITH REGARDS TO STOCK, SHIPPING AND ALSO PRODUCT SPECS. Only thing you can trust them on, is the cheap price.
I will stick with the likes of Amazon and ebay. As for the positives reviews here, a UK TV channel did a documentary on a lot of rather dubious online retailers paying citizens of poorer nations to write positive reviews; one review gets a few dollars. I'm not saying this company does; but my experience with my first only only 2 chinese online retailers makes me wonder.

Dealsmachine did exactly as I suspected they would, in the above review. They first tell me that they have it in stock. I ordered the item and they take my money. Now they send me a personal message with a lame excuse that they ran out, just before I ordered and I have to wait a long time for it! Dubious business practices!
