I tried this app for about 2 months. Really disappointed with it. The mailer templates were mediocre with little customization available. Basic plan was like $50/month and $1 per mailer. Bad customer service. Misleading auto-renewal features built in to charge you some extra $$$ and no refunds :)
I already wrote a negative review before but I found out that it was just misunderstanding from my side!
They contact me to explain the problem (which was from DHL) and they refund my money asap.

I would never buy from this company again, i have emailed them several times regarding a faulty product, they reply with a generated no reply email giving you a ticket number, then nothing else. They also give you a link to click on to see how your complaint is going, and clicking on it takes you to a none existing site. Very cross...
DealsMachine has a great product selection and prices. They back their products with good service. Warranty situations have been dealt with in very satisfactory ways. I have recommended DealsMachine to others.
I bought a tablet who started having problems very quickly almost without being used because it was pain in the as. Until it died. They had been 90 days and honestly not worth what it would cost to drive to the post office and ship it back. What irritated me the most they deleted the negative feedback i wrote on the site and they replied asking for photos and asking the same things. Do not waste your time and your money.
From the price and ease of ordering and delivery Dealsmachine has done a top job in making buying from China a pleasure. Received in about 7 working days - I expected up to 30 days delivery. The phone is great to - Had a Ulefone be touch 2 before which was good phone so had to have the new flag ship modal.

I recently bought a mobile phone from Dealsmachine. I am very satisfied with my product as also for the services and the support they provided me.
They answered me immediatelly all the questions i had and they covered me 100%. The product delivered to me really fast. The site is vey easy to use and they also accept paypal payments which is really good and secure. The only minus is that the package when arrived was not covered with bubbles.
It would be more safe if the package had a bubble cover. My phone is working great.
As i wrote before i am very satisfied and i will buy again from Dealsmachine it the near future. Totally recommended store.
I ordered a phone over a month ago that said in stock on their website and after sending a multitude of "tickets" i got all automated replies saying it would restock in 3-7 days or i could choose a different item. I even sent a few different items to replace it and still no reply. If they dont do something about this issue soon ill be taking legal action against them. Thankfully i ordered with paypal so i will be able to recover my money. Notice their reviews are either 5 or 1 star for the most part... read them and decide which group are real humans and which are computer generated score boosting reviews. But i would never recommend shopping here to anyone. I've also attached a screenshot of a RBL search on their domain name, results showing that they are a BLACKLISTED server so communication with this site is defiantly ill advised.

If you want fair service whitout any troubles or regrets heres dealsmachine to serve. I ordered 2 watches, they came full safe packed. Also, after every purchase you can get extra points which you can use later to pay comodity costs. Trully recomending and worth of a giving a chance.
I used DealsMachine several times. Every time i've ordered the orders did arrived on time and in perfect shape (they were as described). One time i've contact customer support center, because order didnt arrived (Local post mistake), so DealsMachine supportcenter in extremely kind and proffesional way refund my money back. Of course with the same money i have ordered again from DealsMachine and of course the product has arrived.
They have a great variety of products, really cheap prices and are very reliable with shipping!
But the best is they offer DM-Points - which is a reward system! You get DM Points with every order, when you'll write a review to their products or you can even win them.
They have special offers as well - up to 70%.
I bought 4 mobile phones from the website, and all 4 were at least as good as advertised. Three had Internet access even though none was listed in the ad. If you can wait for shipment, it is a great place to save some money.
I ordered a tablet and other accessories on September 14, to date I have not received anything and you do not respond more tickets.
First they say that making a partial shipment, then tell me to wait for the tablet to be provided by the manufacturer (on the site was listed in stock), the tacking of the partial shipment is stopped from September 22.
I made a complaint to pay pal.
I suggest you do not order from this seller.

Made two separate orders on dealsmachine recently and both were delivered intact. Was satisfied with d tablets, mp3, toys, plus d extra gifts added! Am thinking of making more purchases. Customer service was ok too.

Placed my order half a month ago with 2 pairs of Silicone Half Finger Ultra-breathable Gloves.Its Comfortable and breathe well. Fit is great. Without the ability to try them on first, I went with the size glove I normally wear. Happy to know that worked. Love Dealsmachine!
After receiving a very faulty item I submitted an application for a refund and got ignored for nearly two weeks. So I contacted them again but still no refund and very little response, they just keep telling me to submit all the details of the product on the website. Well I've done that three times already... its been weeks and I'm still waiting to even be properly acknowledged! Stay away from this site, I've lost over $50 and I definitely won't be buying from here ever again...

I am sorry I didn't read the reviews here before buying. I ordered 2 phones from them on February 28. I checked my account yesterday & the items are still processing. Contacted them yesterday, they said items are out of stock and will take 3 to 7 business days. That will end up taking over a month to process.
They also offered for me to get different products, which will only complicate matters. Why didn't you tell me both items were out of stock in the first place? Why did you take my money?
I asked for a refund, and now it seems I am not at the mercy of this shady company. My advice? You don't need this. Look elsewhere; there are too many negative experiences with this company. Stay away from Dealsmachine!

I only came to this review website after not receiving a phone I ordered 6 weeks ago. Exactly the same story as all the other "1 star" reviewers. I'm in the process of attempting to get a refund (like hundreds of others no doubt). Fortunately I have some associates in China who are going to assist me with getting the Chinese Internet Commerce Authority to investigate Dealsmachine.com
Notice all the reviews happen to be either 1 star or 5 star with almost nothing in between. Notice also how the company appears to visit this website regularly to reply to frustrated customers to give the appearance of customer service. I'll leave it to you to question who is writing all the 5 star reviews that have a distinctly similar tone.
