I've been shopping on deals machine for a while, and I think I have benefited greatly from it. The products are are excellent a d if there's any issue with them, they are more than willing to resolve them. I have had my share of problems with deals machine, but they corrected the situation as best they could. There support network is first class. With any problem you have with them, they are sure to respond to your concern right away. This is the reasons why I will always shop with deals machine. After more than four months I still still have not received my mlais red note phone back from deals machine, they told me to send it back for repairs and now they say they haven't got it even though I sent them a copy of the postal receipt which they acknowledged receiving. My advice to everyone would be to keep away from deals machine.
The reply that all letters of complaint get from deals machine is meaningless, they never act on what they promise, its as if another company is answering complaints for deals machine and treating would be customers very badly. I dont expect to ever get any help whatsoever from deals machine and I believe my phone is gone and I have been ripped off by deals machine
I had a very positive experience with dealsmachine.com (former ahappydeal.com). My order was not large in monetary terms, but 6 different items (a chinese cell phone, flash card for it, sim adapters, pen presenter, wireless mouse and webcam) - they were all very inexpensive, but sufficient quality.
All arrived in good shape. From paying to shipping - 4 days (weekend included); from shipping to delivery - 3 weeks. That's pretty fast given my location.
Overall I'm satisfied and will buy in future from them, if they'll have items I need.
Items were ordered on 09/16/15. Opened a "Ticket" on 11/15/2015. Response - "wait a few more days"...

As an IT professional over 30 years sometimes i need various products for my hobbies and experiments. Last year I started to order items from dealsmachine.com. Quality is good, prices are much lower than similar companies, offer is large and contains many various interesting products. So far I didn't had any problems with the company. Also support is very qood and takes care over a whole transaction process.
My favourite reseller from China. Very reliable, only ever had one issue and they gave a 100% store coupon, even though I deliberately skipped the shipping insurance.
Over the years, since 2012 when they were called AHappyDeal, I've bought 7 phone/tables from them. All but one are still working, in various forms (a watch phone did blow it's speaker after a year). I've also bought a lot of trinkets, Arduino shields and the like. Again, never had an issue.
I care about price... They are competitively cheap, but they are good to deal with.

I have been using Dealsmachine for a few years now to purchase (mostly electronic) products (including when they used to be called "ahappydeal.com").
Had no issues, until my last order. Item never showed up, months of emails, I even requested the item be resent rather then a refund issued - they offered only a partial refund for an item I never received. What a joke. I paid extra at checkout for "Shipping Insurance". This is a scam, its a false sense of security. I'm now in a battle with them to get my money refunded. All I can say is: thank goodness for Paypal. Paypal is the best insurance you can get, make sure you pay with Paypal if you do have to use them. In all honesty, don't use them. Use Ebay or someone else.
All this company does is resale items and they have no idea how quickly they can get the items to you. I ordered a projector that just so happen to be on backorder through their supplier. When I purchased it they never told me that, two weeks later not so much as 1 email stating anything. I emailed them and at first they said the item weighed to much and they needed more money for shipping then they told me it was on back order. I kept trying to get my money back or even an estimated time and they were very stubborn about both. Tried calling customer service and the phone number did not work and customer service online takes 24 hours to reply every time and they only answer one question out of the team I had asked. Its almost been a month now and i just got a tracking number that my projector is in china. Will never deal with them again and the worst service ever.

Ordered on the 30th Sept, still stuck in "processing" over a week later.
Support ticket raised 4 days ago - no response despite a promise of responses in 24 hours.
What is going on DealsMachine?

I have now had a refund, and order cancelled. Since posting the bad review here, I have had significantly better service and communications.
Maybe that was just a coincidence, but I'm not sure.
Anyway, the speed at which I was given alternative options once communications started, and at my choice was quickly given a full refund, have minded me to improve my rating.
This isn't a real company - they seem to be a reseller, and if the order is shipped incorrectly (as it was in my case) they put the blame on the supplier and do not refund or rectify the order at all, claiming it is not their responsibility for incorrect orders.
Dealsmachine is a criminal organisation and should not be allowed to operate.
Furthermore, if your order is incorrect in any way and you end up complaining about it, they will do nothing until you post a similar complaint to the one you're reading now - it's their way of "paying you off" for your silence about them operating in a criminal manner. Honest companies do not do this, so that should tell you what type of organisation this 'Dealsmachine' really is.

Warning: what you see is not always what you get. Don't be misled by "expedited shipping". What they mean is that they take weeks to get the product out the door in the first place--but instead of shipping it on the slow boat from China, they give it to DHL and you get it in another week or so. I've ordered from them twice and both times they've done this to me. So they're going on my list of "never buy from these people again.

My new Redmi Note 2 was purchased at an amazing price and has performed perfectly since I got it. Dealsmachine support was very helpful with my questions and solved all problems for me quickly.

Six weeks after placing the order my item has not been dispatched had replies that are intended to stall. I asked for a refund and they have stopped communicating. They are still showing my item as in stock for sale but are telling me today

I have made several orders from Dealsmachine and the products always arrive in good condition within a reasonable time. They have various shipping options. The products I have bought include an MStar phone which turned out to be great, even though I had never heard of that brand before, and at a very good price.
I've had some minor issues on a couple of occasions, but their customer service always replies within 24 hours and have solved everything. I would happily use their site again.
