Ordered on the 30th Sept, still stuck in "processing" over a week later.
Support ticket raised 4 days ago - no response despite a promise of responses in 24 hours.
What is going on DealsMachine?
I have now had a refund, and order cancelled. Since posting the bad review here, I have had significantly better service and communications.
Maybe that was just a coincidence, but I'm not sure.
Anyway, the speed at which I was given alternative options once communications started, and at my choice was quickly given a full refund, have minded me to improve my rating.
