Never had a phone number I just contacted them through their site, they were always very helpful. I have ordered from them since reviewing them an r had no problems.

I always submit a ticket to their Support Centre. Sometimes they respond within 1-2 days, sometimes a bit longer ( they do not work on weekends). Most of the time they responded quite fast. Sometimes need to resubmit again but all my tickets so far had been answered. Depending on the issues, for missing items with insurance, they resend to me again. For poor tinting of the sunglasses, after showing them a photo, they resend me another. To track the item, perhaps next time you should spend a couple more dollars to get a tracking no., otherwise for FREE surface shipping, it will normally take 4-6 weeks. It is understandable that they have to use the cheapest surface mail ( by sea) because some of the cheaper items are only a few dollars. Our Canadian postage sometimes cost almost just as much as the price of the item. So far I had ordered 16 items from them, ranging from smart watches to led bulbs, android phones, etc., so far all delivered. Only problem is when there is a defect, whether to ship it back for a replacement or get a discount for the next purchase. Since the items I bought are mostly less than $50 each, I take the chance.

The simple way is to contact them through the website, they should respond. If they do not respond in 2 days open a dispute on PayPal. Be ware off the deadlines!

I contacted them from the number on there website. However, no one picked up the phone but I was able to left a message. Go luck, my issues has not been resolved as yet, and I don't think it will be. I just regretted doing business with them. I am very disappointed and would never do busy with them again

Depends on type of postage. Standard rate is not usually tracked so it is a matter of waiting delivery. Tracked mail is quite dear

Sorry my friend, people like that are too clever to leave their coordinates, they will probably desappear under a new name very soon since it is too hot for them now to continue their game

Go through the website and contact them. They are con artists. Demand a full refund thru paypal or credit card coompany you used. If they run you around then contact credit card company and tell them. They will reverse the charges.
