BEWARE! Dont buy from Dealsmachine.com / you could not get your money back

BE AWARE Dont buy from Dealsmachine.com if you dont want to lost your money.
This is my personal experience and I Just want you to know, what risks you take if you buy from Dealsmachine.com

What can you expect from Dealsmachine.com:
1. Even items in Dealsmachine.com website are marked IN STOCK, they do not have it. You could wait month or more for popular items only with getting promise, soon, next week or smth. Like this.
2. Receive cheap, defective, Chinese made items, even if we talking about computers, smartphones or tablets without any Dealsmachine.com warranties and quality inspection before shipping. It could be with bad batteries, screen or not working drivers of any of this.
3. You could be cheated by Dealsmachine.com staff to choose cheaper shipping option do avoid taxes, but they will forget all promises and still will write very large prices in custom declarations and you will be responsible for all of this.
4. Dealsmachine.com could offer you to send money via BANK transfer, not Paypal, to their China bank account (to save couple $ from final price). You will no longer have any protection if you not receive item or if you receive defective item then and they will have advantage over you to do what they want to do with your money.
5. If you get item and its not quality from start or just DOA (for etc. because defective batch of manufacture process), you will be responsible and have to pay for shipping item back to them, yes, to China (Dealsmachine.com office) and believe me, it cost some money.
6. If you want to get your money back, if Dealsmachine.com agree with it, they could offer not to refund the final price you pay for the item, but Dealsmachine.com will lower this price with their own created policy. Also you will not get any refund for customs taxes, or shipping back. You even have to pay for PayPal fees if you pay with BANK transfer. You could lose half of your money even if you return the item.
7. Sum all this: you PAY for Dealsmachine.com mistakes, taxes, shipping both ways (because its not refundable), Paypal fee for getting some of your money back and so on.
8. When you have no advantage over them, no protection, Dealsmachine.com customer support wont help like it should, they will forget all promises they give to you from start. You will get same formal answer every time. Dont expect anything except losing your money more and more.
9. Only suggestion after all of this. AVOID Dealsmachine.com, tell this to your friends too.

Edited: I can confirm until now, even after Dealsmachine replay, my problems is not solved yet.

Absolute nightmare shopping experience, fraud company! Please read.

Two months ago I bought a mobile phone from Dealsmachine. Item arrived in Australia on 02-Mar-16, but never reached me. Phone returned to seller on 08-Mar-16 because of unknown/wrong (?) address. (Info provided by AusPost). Arrived in Singapore on 23-Mar-16. Delivered back to DealsMachine on 29-Mar-16. (Tracking info provided by SingPost).

Meanwhile I kept asking Dealsmachine everyday about the status of the item.

Here are some of Dealsmachine customer service (Seleny and Shelley) responses:

29-Mar-16: If the order lost or did has been returned back or been destroyed, we will resend or refund to you

04-Apr-16 (02:06:50 UTC): We are extremely sorry to inform that the package has been returned to us successfully. Your goods are back in our warehouse. As a proof of good will we can offer 2 solutions to resolve the issue: 1) Resend your order. The shipping cost is 10 USD. 2) Refund of the product cost

04-Apr-16 (07:36:25 UTC): We are sorry that we can not resend you this order. The item is not out of stock now. It cannot be sold anymore on our website due to supplier's issues. We can offer you 2 options. Option 1 Refund of the product cost. Option 2 Exchange for product(s) of equivalent value.

05-Apr-16 (07:47:22 UTC): The items in your order just have few quantity in stock, we will send to the buyer who buy it first, if not enough, you need to wait until it restock and we can send out to you. If you still want the order, you need to keep waiting some more days, once we get it, we will sent out and tell you. If you can't wait, you can ask for refund.

05-Apr-16(03:00:25 UTC): We regret to inform you that the shipping company SINGAPORE is responsible not only for this issue and but also for making sure that all parcels they ship are successfully received. According to their policy the item parcel will be either destroyed or abandoned. Technically, dealsmachine is not liable for this. Therefore there should be no compensation in such case. However as you are a valuable customer for us, we are willing to help you the best way we possibly can. Here are the best solutions we can offer you in this situation as a commercial gesture: 1) Reship the parcel. For this, please kindly send us 50% amount of the order. 2) 50% partial refund to your account.

I couldn't believe that all those controversial and chaotic information kept coming one after another. After all I cannot trust these thieves any single word, could you? I am aware that I lost $180 but will never do the same mistake again. I you want to spare yourselves such a nightmare don't go with these fraudsters and lairs.

Amazing retailer, great prices, attentive service

I happened upon dealsmachine.com quite by accident while doing a Google search for a tablet I was considering purchasing from a different online retailer. In the search results there was dealsmachine with the identical tablet at a significantly lower price. I bought it from them and haven't looked back.

Since that first tablet buy, I have purchased over a dozen items from dealsmachine and have been very happy with the purchasing experience.

One thing some people don't seem to understand is that when it comes to retailers, pre-sales service is actually the most important. After the sale most issues relate to the item itself which need to be handled by the manufacturer. But before the sales, you want a retailer who is willing and able to answer your questions about the items you are considering.

At least for me, it's pretty import to know that the retailer has the information about, for example, whether or not the Windows 10 version installed on the dual-boot tablet is a properly licensed version. I use that example because I am aware of other retailers selling devices with unlicensed Windows forcing the customer to buy the OS separately or risk operating with a compromised tablet. I have bought three tablets so far from dealsmachine and all of them are fully licensed, properly activated Windows 10. This is in spite of the fact that their price for the devices was significantly lower than the closest competitors.

In fact I invite you to find a device, tablet, camera, internet tv box, and search for the exact same item on eBay. You'll find a lot of people asking -- and getting -- as much as double the price of dealsmachine. I'm convinced there are people who buy these devices from dealsmachine purely for resale on eBay because eBay buyers are too lazy or too comfortable to bother searching out if they are paying too much.

I'm also very pleased with the delivery system dealsmachine has in place. For all of my purchases they have used DHL and all have arrived within a few days of the order. In one case it was three days which seems completely unbelievable to me considering it had to get across the ocean from China and half way into the North American continent. This is not only a very positive statement about dealmachine, but obviously about DHL as well.

Another very good thing is that dealsmachine accepts PayPal. That's good for two reasons. 1. PayPal does not continue to do business with retailers who cheat or otherwise perform badly with customers and 2. PayPal is not only the most secure system online, it also creates very strong customer protection, so you have the assurance that if something really goes wrong with a purchase you have the conflict resolution resources of PayPal in your corner. I've had no problem of any kind with dealmachine, but for new customers dealing with a far-away retailer, this kind of comfort is important.

I am just so pleased with dealsmachine and their extremely positive attitude toward their customers that I am motivated to encourage others to try them out. I'd love for them to start drawing enough business away from regular retailers that they all have to get more realistic about their pricing. Some good old competition could go a long way!

Unable to Return Warranty Item - Canned Responses Only

Update 3/24/16
I'm not going to rate this like I would a restaurant or hotel, but more like how willing one should be to take a chance with this company to get a good deal on a decent product. So I'll define my rating system more as a risk assessment. The 4 stars pretty much confirms that it's safe to use this company. I've bought 5 or 6 products through them. I had no hacks on my accounts, no over charges, no quality issues (less than expected considering how much lower the price is compared to top brands of the products).

As you can see from this review, it's not a perfect system, but if you have patience and you can figure out things that may not have full instructions in your native language, then by all means, take a chance. They will come through with delivering the product, and in this case, honoring the warranty. (albeit eventually) This review ends in the warranty item being replaced (not the same item, but a fair equivalent) WYSIWYG... just know that it all moves slower than you're probably used to.

Update 3/11/16
Just updating my review to say their customer service has been more engaged and somewhat helpful. They told me that the original response was delayed because of CNY. It took several emails about the problems description until their tech support accepted it as a warranty return. Since this is a cell phone they agreed to send the replacement before getting it back. BTW: it cost $35 postage to return and takes a long time to get there. Anyway I'll update the review again when I receive the replacement phone.

1st Review: Mid February
I love the products at DM, but I can only get customer service if I write a bad review. I submitted the return request application on their website and got a request # ARMA**************W. Then I got a response of a set of questions about the problem. I answered the questions and submitted. No reply for days. Then I sent a message and got the same set of questions again. I sent the answers again. Waited days again, sent a message and got the same questions again. This endless loop is driving me crazy. I just want to return the product which has an obvious manufacture defect. Having no phone and waiting is very frustrating.
