Take this as a lucky escape and spend your money in a shop or a site that has a good customer service attached to it other wise you will regret the day you gave this company any of your hard earned cash.

Consider it a blessing, this company is not reliable. I ordered and didn't get anything, finally went to the Better Business Bureau and this company would not respond to them either. Stay away and shop someplace that respects their customers.

That's amazing because that's what gearbest does the best. Take your money and not get you you're product. Your better off buying somewhere else and spend the few extra bucks to guarantee you get it. Don't shop gearbest.

Run away and don't look back! GearBest willingly took my money, never delivered the products and then fought with them for months for a refund. It took posting on social media and this site before they finally agreed to a full refund! I still will never buy from them again nor will I ever recommend them.

I can't add anything you haven't already seen. Do your research, don't give them your money, cuz that's what you are doing, is giving them your money. The may, or may not, give you anything in return. Mostly not.

Nope, I have never experienced that. But I am not surprised. Gearbest always disappoint one way or another

I always use paypl for paying. Everytime without problem, correct siete for now. I'm from EU so i have to wait for order usualy 10-25 day. Good luck with orders ;).

Never had this issue. If I were you, I would double check with PayPal and my bank where the money is and try once more. And to all other who had problem with Gearbest: PayPal or any other secured payment service is the best way to deal abroad as you have the possibility to start a claim and get your money back.

Last week my paypal payment keep rejecting. So i called my bank. But there's no problem with the account. How ever after few days it is worked again.

Myself I buy only 2 products from this site (EU Warehouse) what are from UK and not was any problems, for this I wait 10 day's, after 10 day I receive the items

Use US warehouse always get my stuff in 3-5 days other warehouses take 3-4 weeks. Never received that message done 5 orders.

AS far as I can tell what they do is; take your money and added it to their account let all of that extra cash earn them more interest! The only half of the time you will get a tracking number that is correct. After that you wait at least 6 to 8 to get your order. IF YOU GET YOUR ORDER! See how white crime is so easy to do because nobody can make it stick or know one gives crap. I have figured out that this site make $546,240.34 by high making your money for 6 weeks. That's a lot of American Money people not to mention all of the other companies

It`s not a presale is it, they dont take your money until 3 or 4 days before dispatch if it is.

BUYER BEWARE! They never have problems in taking Your hard earned cash... Make sure you do your research before buying from them

How u try to pay?

1. This site is generally cheaper than a lot of others. (prices vary daily)
2. Part of the low costs, is they use misleading tracking info to help you avoid high custom/import charges.
3. Always pay with a method where you can raise a dispute if you don't get your order. (paypal is my fav so far)

I've ordered over 10 items from Gearbest to date, totalling over $1000, so all the "run for the hills" comments are frankly laughable.

Don't get me wrong, every company has the occasional hiccup when it comes to deliveries or customer satisfaction, but if you believe all the nay Sayers on here, they would have gone out of business long ago.
