on 2/17/16Why don´t you just contact them through their support tickets? I always get a answer within 1 to 2 days from them. Coming here and posting like this won´t get you your order! You have to ask gearbest.com where the package is, it might also be stuck at custom duty in your country, don´t forget that!
I know only "gearbest" and i don't have problem with our. I order and pay, "gearbest" delivery my order and stop. But never problem with our.
I have ordered several times from Gearbest and apart from slow delivery (about 1 month) I have no complaints. Some products are really good and cheap but some others are below my expectation and I asked for refund (through Paypal) and got refunded right away. They handled such cases in a friendly way and apologized for the inconvenience.
It can happen any inconvenience with shipments, but in general it is always resolved everything especially if you pay by Paypal six protected 100%

After 2 months of waiting my order was not shipped yet, so i asked for a refund and after a month they did refund ( after i opened a complaint withing Paypal.com). Stay away and buy local at a slightly higher price. If it aint to good to be true, it usually is.
