Malwarebytes

Malwarebytes

I've been using the premium version for a couple of years and I used to like it. Now comes the time for it to renew and one of my licenses is hidden from my account so I can't make any credit card or address changes. Malwarebytes is of no help and they only passed the buck to Cleverbridge who can't help me because they don't show that license either.

I suspect somebody at MB screwed up and deleted it from my account and are now covering it up, but they didn't seem to have a problem renewing it when I wanted to cancel the auto renew.

I'm looking to dump MB permanently and do not recommend anybody get the premium version if the company cannot fix their internal issues first. I'm already put them on notice. They stink!!!

They could have a better supply of cat food and toys.

I remember when they used to have reasonable prices. Now it's a wannabe Walmart with high prices. I have one near where I live and I hate even walking in there. The employees are rude, ignorant and make you stand in line a long time while they're B.S.ing with each other. One cashier sent me to another register to cash out only there was nobody there to wait on me. I waited a few minutes then walked out.

Costco

I had a membership for a year and cancelled it because the one I shopped at sold outdated food. I got food poisoning from eating one of their frozen pizzas. I turned them into the company that made the pizza and got my money back.

Bulk is fine for large families, but if it's just for a small household it doesn't do much good because the food will spoil faster. With the store I shopped at it was already expired when purchased.

Other Costco's I shopped at were pretty much the same. I bought a computer from them and it was a piece of junk that didn't last long. Cheap products for cheap prices.

Nearly every type of clothing I have ever bought at Kohl's didn't last a year. The seams come apart very easily. Don't buy their overprice underwear or socks either. I paid off my credit card with them then shredded the card.

I've been buying from them for years and I order from them several times a month. I like their Prime because it offers so much for a low monthly price. Plus I subscribe to their Cloud service which is also reasonably priced. I have never had any complaints about their products or services.

The Best Buy in my area is terrible. Every computer item I purchased from them was at least 3-4 years old and I couldn't get updated drivers for them. Also many of their appliances are also old models. I haven't had one product that I've bought from Best Buy that lasted. It should be called Worst Buy.

I have ordered from them before and had very good service with no issues until recently. They must have some horrible employees or managers to let the company go down this fast.

I bought an older version of Microsoft Office from Software King who sent me a used product key that could not be activated. When I reported it to them all I got was a bunch of lies that the key was valid. I told them when I tried to activate the software, I received an error message that it had been installed too many times.

Software King's only solution was that I had to activate it using the phone and I told them if this was a new product key and I should not have to do that. That is only done if you transfer the software to a different computer. I've done that before so I know how it works.

Their response was that I must have it installed on more than one computer. Yeah right. I can't even get it installed and activated on one computer so how am I going to install it on another. They'll say anything to cover their asses.

I just discovered Microsoft is suing Software King for selling counterfeit software with bad keys. I'm glad I reported it to them and hope others will too and not just post on these boards. The only way to get action is to report it.

I hope Microsoft burns their ass. I'll be on the sidelines cheering them on.

Tip for consumers: Stay away. Don't buy their instant gratification crap because they didn't give me my activation key until the next day. They were probably waiting for the next shipment of counterfeit product keys from China.
