Product was exactly as advertised, great price and no problems with the download so I'm one happy customer, had never even heard of these guys before but I see they've been around for years and are trusted so I'll certainly purchase again.
I required some assistance before making the purchase so contacted Softwareking and could not be happier with the help I got. Product installed easily and I activated the product key with Microsoft so no worries about authenticity. I will definitely be back, thank you.
Needed to upgrade Windows 10 Home to Pro and bought Softwareking's download. The key didn't initially work as I didn't realize there are both upgrade and full versions you can buy but their staff helped me get it to work. Now I am up and running on Windows 10 Pro and couldn't be happier, thanks so much.
My PCs background was black and it said it was not genuine, purchased a windows 7download from these guys and used the key to activate to make genuine again, I got the key right away and it worked. Thanks!

Very frustrated. Have contacted SoftwareKing by phone and get the message: "Sorry, we are either helping other customers or it is past business hours, please try again and hangs up. The first time was after business hours. The second time was during and there was no hold option just hung up after the message. Tried to e-mail them and it has been two weeks for a reply. I never order programs on-line and now I know why. This company does not care about its customers. I have been trying to get my access key for over two weeks. I guess they do not care once they get their money. Seems like I am going to have to pay the full price for Microsoft 2013 AGAIN, which was 274.99 (because nobody will reply to e-mails or help by phone is a joke) but will make sure it is through a proper department store. I have definitely told everyone I know about this poor business practice. I am a student and really cant afford tactics like these.
Will not refund windows software that DOES NOT work! Then they told me I was wrong and being hurtful to them because he has a disability. WHAT? I didn't even know the man on the phone had one. I am beyond disgusted with how rude, unprofessional and overall awful they are as a business.
I purchased a windows 7 "download delivery" about 10 hours ago because I needed urgently. I received an e-mail saying they are run out of product key! The e-mail says they would send me one shortly but I still haven't received it yet. I have sent e-mails but you response yet. I have tried to call the toll free number but I get message that says the mail box is full.
I am about to cancel the order. It might be a scam.

Purchased 5 copies of Windows 7 from SoftwareKing, downloaded once and created my USB which I managed to use to wipe Windows 10 and load 7 on all 5 PC's in my Office. Plugged in the 5 product keys they supplied me to activate with Microsoft and I was in business. Thanks so much.
Bought a License in 2014 for Excel 2010. Worked for one year and expired.
I have tried over and over to contact them, phone, email, and Chat. Absolutely no success. I don't think they're in business any longer. They ripped me off and they'll rip you off too!

They sent me a key and download instructions for windows 7. Won't work as Microsoft will not support the necessary updates and downloads. Once you try the software key, the SoftwareKing staff says they can't use it and will not refund your money. Naturally, you have to use the key to see if it works. Bogus! Then they want to engage in an endless stream of chat and or email which is fruitless except for their strategy to keep your money. If they worked as hard at providing a good product as they do in discouraging the customers claim for a refund, they would be rich. Don't do it, it's easier to go and buy a new machine or have a professional install the version of windows that you want...
Purchased a copy of Windows 7 Pro from them. Downloaded it and went to install it. My computer told me that "the software is corrupt". Tried to contact the company on multiple occasions. Nobody answered the customer service line and and when I tried to leave a message I was told the voice mail box is full. Tried the chat support, when the agent came on he asked how he could help me, I told him and then he never responded. I will never do business with them again. Buyers BEWARE!
I've never had a problem with purchasing and receiving software from SoftwareKing. I've ordered from them twice and will continue to order from them. They have legitimate product keys that work.
I had to order Windows 7 when it wasn't available in the stores anymore. Then I decided to purchase 8.1. The prices are lower than what I'd find in the stores and the download links were provided quickly. There was no long wait.
I am not so happy with my order from Softwareking: I had ordered Office 2016 Pro. I had asked the support beforehand "whether the Office software is installed with MSI or C2R Installer".
The answer was: "this is the click-to-run version [C2R]".
Unfortunately, I only got a download link to the ISO file for an MS installer, and the licence key is also only a volume licence for MSI. Because I have other Microsoft software on my computer that is installed with C2R, I cannot use the product from Softwareking.
After I had emailed that I would make use of my right of withdrawal, I hear silence.
The screenshot shows that it is not possible to install MS Office 2016 with MSI from Softwareking on my Laptop that has already installed MS Project which was installed with C2R.
Check the codes they send you direct with the manufacturers e.g. Microsoft. You will probably find that if you buy Professional Retail you will get Academic. They are very rude when you point out their errors and go to great lengths to hide their true identity. Also if you buy 3 licenses they will send you 1 or 2 and tell you to activate it by phone when it fails via internet... AVOID
I purchased Microsoft Office 2010 from Software King. I had trouble downloading the program, so I called Tech Support. Both times I called I spoke with a rude and condescending tech person (Winston) who got irritated with my questions and gave me very abrupt answers. I found someone else nearby to help me accomplish the download.
This is stupid and a goddamn waste of time. You lying bastards told me that this office suite would work. Well guess what? It does not! Not only does it not work as advertised, it is now stuck in my computer and I can't get rid of it!
I purchase Microsoft office 2010 fees days ago and it been acting up since I got it. They will not give me a refund for nothing. They are horrible, unfair, unprofessional, not nice, and miney stealers! Do not trust them!
Do not waste your time and money, they are simply a legal piracy company. I bought the Windows 7 download and it didn't have any drivers included so I had to locate them myself on the Internet. Totally useless and patronizing customer service. DO NOT GO NEAR!
