About two years ago, my wife and I decided to quite smoking. We chose to try vape stores because we heard they help you step away from cigarettes. We came across a coupon from Naples vape and since they are close to our home we gave them a try. We started with the least expensive kit as I am disabled and on a fixed income. We decided to try the more costly products available and bought Kanger and Aspire products from them. Nothing but problems. They use a coil to operate the product and coils were only lasting a day or two. After breaking a part on one vape tool we went to a different store close to us also. Non of the replacement products fit. If you have an android phone you can download a QR scanner that assures that a product is genuine. All products from Naples vape failed to be authentic. I contacted the store and the owner denied my claim and told me I am full of s***. And to buy my vape needs from 7/11 in the future. I then scanned his coils and they to were bootlegged. The QR scan reads genuine product, but the source that answers the QR scan come from a text whereas an actual genuine product answers you from the manufactures website and gives you the product serial number and the registration number located on a card on the inside of the box. No such card or registration number on Naples vape products. There is another sticker on the genuine product on the outside of the box. Not present on the Naples vape product. There are many more problem with this vendor but I did not intend to write a book. This is here as a warning to other consumers so they don't get ripped off like we did. There oils are also low Quality and Quantity.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away from this store
May not be marble floors or over employed but is less costly than most store and their own brand (Great Value) is as good or better than name brand items
They have a good selection but are slightly overpriced
No experience with tis co
Always had great experiance and service
I like Lowes but are out of stock on many items
Always have top notch products and excellent service
Always have stylish products sometimes a little priced high
I hear people rave about Target. I have always found them to be over priced and limited on stock
Had a bad comment on my recent purchase from Zappo's. We bought a pair of original Dr. Scholls sandals. The shoes, which I would call factory seconds, were nit up to par fpr that product. After 3 weeks of use, they have done all but ruined my wifes feet. She has been using this product for 30 years and never had such poor workmanship before. The leather straps stretched and the bottom of the shoes that contact your feet appears to have not been completed in the production process. There are spots that are rough and being made of wood caused much irritation and blisters on her feet. Upon close inspection it seems as though they never finished the smoothing step. Some areas of the shoe are as though they were not sanded, leaving a surface that damaged her feet. Of course they had to be worn to find the problem and therefore they are not covered under warranty. She bought the same shoes from Northstroms and have no such problem. I am disabled and ny income does not allow for many purchases and I'm sure they would not miss my bussiness but I must say that I will not take a chance on Zappo's again. I am sorry because Zappo's is supposed to be a high quality store. I thought I would let you know we are very disappointed.
