This company is very shady. If they get your credit card account numbers they will keep your info and randomly bill you even though you are not receiving their services. Buyer Beware.

So anytime they feel like it, they just steal money from you. Tried to call customer service and got a braindead operator that sounded like she was talking into a tin can with a string running from the back of it. Got nowhere and eventually the call dropped. Just another worthless American Corporation. Do yourself a favor and use a different vendor for the services that Venmo provides.

I decided to try to give these guys some business after not ordering from them for months. Stupid idea. No customer service. No effort. They also use a sub par shipping company (FedEx) that is pathetic. Don't waste your time. There are many other vendors to buy from.

No customer service. They hire idiots that could care less if packages get delivered. Blank door tags, no communication, no contact, nothing. One of the absolute worst companies on the planet.

You are a fool if you use T-mobile for ANYTHING. THEY ARE SET UP TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THATS IT. Once they have you it's almost impossible to get any customer service. The absolute worst customer service on the planet. STAY AWAY! BUYER BEWARE!

Tmobile will never tell you the truth. They will over bill you. You will not get any customer service watsoever. Buyers beware. You will be sorry if you sign a contract with them.

The products sucks. Does not work right out of the box. No support. No solutions. Nothing. ITS HARDER TO MAKE THE DAMN THING WORK THAN IT IS TO LEARN CHINESE!
