As a first time shopper with Venus, I wasn't familiar with the sizes. I ordered a top in my usual size but it was too small. I loved the top but had to return and reorder. Unfortunately, I was hit with a $6.95 shipping charge! This will prevent me from ordering from them again. I would have rated lower but the top was beautiful and good quality.




I ordered a personalized soccer sweatshirt for my granddaughter. It was a hot mess! Her name was not centered and the letter "M" looked like a "W". I mean I could have dealt with it being a little off-centered, but it was way off to the side. The gift was for Christmas and didn't arrive until Christmas Eve, so I had to rush out and purchase something else. Since it was personalized I assume it was not returnable, so I was stuck with the thing. Learned my lesson!




Somehow I signed up for this when placing an order to Kohls. It must have said "free shipping" and I thought it was Kohls offering the perk. For 3 months i was charged $12.97 from my bank account but thought it was something else. I finally called the number provided and was shocked to find out what had happened. I was able to cancel and was refunded $12.97. However after thinking about it, I felt I should have been refunded the entire amount so I contacted the Better Business Bureau. They contacted the company and I was refunded the entire amount. KOhls should be ashamed to let this deceptive type of thing occur. I will never order from them again.




The store in Evansville Indiana is a mess! Clothes on the floors, making it a safety hazard and racks of dresses not separated by size that are too full! The dressing rooms have clothes on the floor and the rooms are too tiny especially since they put a big chair in each one. The prices are way too high too. I picked up a pair of ordinary cotton capris and they were $48! It was a joke. Plus the clothing selection is very outdated and in a lot of cases just plain ugly. I finally went to Walmart and was able to purchase a pair of capris and a pair of shorts in the same quality of the Penny's merchandise for less than I would have paid for one item at Penny's. I don't plan in going back.




I ordered one thing and a much cheaper item was delivered! I called for a refund and they said they couldn't, but would ship the correct item but it wouldn't be received until after holidays. I am furious. Will definitely contact Better Business Bureau!
