I really don't want to down this place too harshly because what happened to me was probably out of their control. However, my order was held up at whatever shipping facility they use for over 2 weeks. I contacted the company and was told it was due to Covid, which was unbelievable since mail was running smoothly by this time. It was just disappointing since it was for a birthday. I ordered a similar replacement item from another co. And it was received in time. Also the quality of the item was not that good when I finally received it,
