Well, I like your products, but your delivery service not so much. As an example, on this current order, which I purchased on August 13, I gave you a delivery date of August 28.That's 15 days to get the package there. I have now received a message that it will not be delivered until August 31.
That is after the recipient's birthday. How is the package going out by covered wagon?
Easy to maneuver website, good product line, no shipping charges for normal shipping dates, easy processing of the order, not even a processing fee! The easier the better, and that's what this was! Customer service has been superb when I have had questions. Thanks!

As a first-time user of Gift Tree, I wasn't sure what to expect. My sales reps could not have been nicer and more helpful. They took all the time I needed to get my order for 3 gift towers placed. They took care of everything I ordered, including very specialized gift cards, and 3 different addresses. When one address came through as an error, I got an immediate email, which I responded to and everything was resolved. I love that they sent emails as to when items were shipped, and then when they were delivered. I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely use them again. Not to mention the free shipping on the items I ordered. They were delivered 2 days earlier than expected. The small charge for handling is nothing compared to the exorbitant shipping charges and additional surcharges from other companies. A great experience!

The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
BUYER BEWARE: Received catalog. Called to order gift baskets and the prices they quoted on phone were NOT the price in catalog. They increased price by approximately 20 dollars per basket. If I were in a store and there was a price on an item...they could not charge me more at the cash register. This is just wrong. They said in the back of the catalog it says prices are subject to change. I looked. In the smallest print possible at the very bottom of catalog it says that. No one would see it if they weren't told where to look. This is WRONG. I won't buy from them again because I cannot trust their catalog is a true reflection of their prices.

Good overall website. Ordering was easy, got 10% off at checkout. Awesome. And then they delivered my gift by throwing it over my recipient's fence into the snow, and y'all offered a $10 refund. Unacceptable.
I paid extra money for these to be delivered by a certain date because the recipient was leaving town afterwards. They arrived the following day instead despite me paying extra, so she didn't receive them (her mother did). I would never recommend this company.
These were all gifts for others so not sure yet how well they were received by our clients. My call to customer service was good. I had inadvertently put in the wrong street # and it was promptly corrected.
Thank you for making it easy to purchase gifts for multiple people. My only issue is that I ordered 3 champagne crates and none of them were available. The agent that answered the phone was able to get a replacement, but it definitely caused anxiety if they would arrive on time.

Arrived nicely packaged with all the treats I was expecting. Gift was enjoyed thoroughly by it's recipient and was a perfect option for the "someone who has everything" but whom would never splurge on this type of stuff.
I have ordered several gift baskets over the years. And recently, I was able to get free shipping for gifts delivered in the mainland and the ones shipped to Hawaii were free but charged $9.95 for Fed Ex. Everyone actually received their gifts 1 day ahead. Just keep in mind that they are not sent as pictured in the photos, but are packaged carefully for shipping reasons in the basket, in a lined cooler with ice packs which is so great because I was afraid of the chocolates melting. I always pay extra foe the personalized ribbon and everyone always love it. These make awesome gifts for any occasion and even better when they're on sale.
I have nothing but glowing feedback from any time I've sent a GiftTree basket. It always makes the recipient feel so loved and appreciated, and having gotten one myself, there's just something magical about unwrapping that basket and going through the goodies inside. It's like Christmas every time!
This is not GiftTree's fault, but FedEx delivered my shipment (which was supposed to go to my daughter in an apartment - it clearly said "Residential Delivery") to someone at a pharmacy. It was even signed for. So now I'm in the hell of FedEx claims while they pretend to figure out what happened. Meanwhile, my daughter's graduation gift was ruined and I have no options. I won't order from here again mainly because they use FedEx. Very expensive and disappointing.
After writing this review, I never saw the response from the company until recently! I almost didn't bother emailing them back because I was done trying, but I decided to anyways. I simply emailed the person who responded and didn't expect anything in return. I was very delighted to wake up this morning to a credit in my account from gifttree.com. I don't know if they have new people on customer service or something, but THAT is better then any of the other customer service I've received. I respect when a company notices they've made a mistake and they go above and beyond to fix it! Especially after like six months after the fact!

My husband ordered me Mother's Day flowers and ordered the additional bear to come with them. He wrote in the letter attached to the flowers that I would be receiving a bear. Well the bear never came. I contacted the company and said that I wanted a refund. We weren't satisfied with their service, and they have a "satisfaction guarantee" so I brought that up when contacting them. They said they would give me a refund on the bear first. And I said I wasn't satisfied and wanted a refund. They said they could refund the bear. And I said I wanted AT LEAST a partial refund for the flowers since they were incomplete without the bear they referenced. The lady I was chatting with online ended the conversation...
So I never got a refund for the bear I never received, and when I called again to ask for the refund of the bear and of the flowers, she told me it was too late. Uh, terrible customer service. I contacted them the day after Mother's Day and the lady ended the conversation on me. Not my fault.
Usually, I've had a very good experience with GiftTree; however, this time the package I ordered arrived one day later than the requested date. Otherwise, the receiver was very satisfied with the gift.
In future, it would be great to see a wider selection of products that are vegan or vegetarian-friendly.
