Update: sent email via contact form on their site, not only did they email back, they also called me! During the time I submitted the contact form, another rep reached out to verify if I wanted to sign my name on the gift being sent, I did, so double score for Gift Tree.
Original issue: Promo code did not apply to item ordered. Even though, TWO promo codes provided by the company. Seriously mislead.
Summary, if you have an issue, just reach out to them, they will promptly make it right.

Poor service, I found one gift was not delivered on time and asked for help right away, but you asked me to contact UPS for this gift. This is incredible as I booked the gift from you and you should contact UPS for tracking. I wrote many emails expressing my concerns, but end up the gift was not found and missed the Christmas Holiday. You conducted the survey too late, it's about one week late after my request delivery date. The missed gift was for my important customer!

First and foremost, we are sorry that your client received their gift after Christmas. We have not and would never instruct a customer to contact UPS, the amount of time that can take to not receive any further information would be counterproductive and I greatly apologize if that is the impression you were given. In reviewing the conversations, we did initially believe the package had encountered a delay, which is more common in the month of December due to the holiday volume. After the tracking showed no additional movements, we opened a trace with UPS on our end and immediately issued a gift card to cover the cost of replacing the gift. The initial gift may still arrive and if that happens, we will not charge for the duplicates! We greatly apologize again that this package was lost in transit.
