Unfortunately this did not work out and was ultimately embarrassing for me as the gift not only arrived a day late for someone's birthday when it said it would be there, but also was apparently Not properly refrigerated prior to delivery. It was a charcuterie board and the cheese and meat was all ruined. I would never order anything from Here again as I've lost confidence. Very disappointed. While I appreciate the credit back, which was the right thing to do, it's extremely inconvenient and embarrassing to now order another gift and have it be so late.
I was notified just prior to delivery that the items were not available and delivery was not possible on the date promised by GiftTree. Alas. Then asked if I wanted the extra delivery fee returned... really? So sad to fail to deliver this welcoming gift to a new young Chicago couple on their arrival day! This is the first time I've had an unacceptable gift giving experience with Gifttree.

I paid $30+ extra to expedite the delivery to the next day and they didn't even receive it until 4 days later. This was for a family who was grieving the loss of their husband/father. Very disappointing.
Bought this wine bottle gift and had it personalized for my Granddaughter's 21st birthday. Not sure about the wine inside but a great souvenir remembrance for her special day. Bottle looked just like the order I placed
They were gifts for games during a Baby Shower…recipients loved how unique they were. Surprised "congratulations" isn't one of your five messages (only thing that would have improved it). Gifts received within days of being ordered.
I loved the basket presentations! The best feature by far on your website was the ability to send to multiple addresses from the one purchase in lieu of having to place 10 separate orders! I also appreciated the email updates on the shipping and delivery of each of the 10 baskets I ordered. I will definitely use GiftTree again! Ordering is very simple and quick. However, won't know until basket is delivered how my boss liked it. However, never have had a problem with any of my orders from Gifttree. I am a long time customer.

The only issue is I wanted this delivered Saturday but it kept pushing it a week out to the 27th instead of the 20th so I changed date to Tuesday, the 23rd.
Ordered Balloons for my Niece's 4th Birthday. The balloons were supposed to be delivered ON her birthday and I clearly indicated the correct date. Balloons were delivered a day late... and with mixed balloons - both boy and girl balloons. Not very special. And not WORTH the $10 per balloon that I spent!
I guess you get burned enough... that you learn! Will NEVER order from them again. They spoiled the surprise... and the balloons were marginal at best! You are better off going to the dollar tree, selecting what you want. And spending $5 instead of $50.

The delivery was shown for Dec. 23 which is why I ordered from GiftTree and not another service. It was changed to Dec. 27 delivery several days later. At that point it was too late to reorder something for that date. The recipients were out of town on vacation beginning Dec. 26 and won't receive it until Jan. 8. There was fruit in the basket which will be bad by the time they get the package.
The package i ordered was supposed to be delivered today. UPS for some reason needed a signature...what the hell is up with that. The adults are working and kids are in school. If the signature was really required they should deliver when people will be home. This is food that may spoil.

Any gift that contains alcohol is federally required to have a signature, so UPS would not be able to leave the package. It is understandable to be frustrated over this and we wanted to assure you that your gift was packed and prepped in a way to keep it fresh for a few days in transit in the event it wasn't able to be delivered the first couple of tries.

I ordered two baskets. The wine basket was very good and a reasonable value.
The golden gourmet basket was pathetic! So bad in fact I didn't give it, instead bought another from a different vendor. It didn't look anything like the representation on your website. I suspect, as it has been my experience, I won't receive a response. I will shop elsewhere in the future.

A wonderful assortment of gifts at different price points and very easy to fill out the order online. This was a birthday gift and I just heard from my cousin that she absolutely loved the lavender fragrance and the natural products.
Strike two on the second attempt! Package was not packed on ice and did not do anything differently to assure package didn't melt. Customer service said she would overnight. The cheese was like soup, the olives were hot and all of the meat was hot. Looking to be refunded. My client was dissatisfied for the second time. Very disappointed. I am a real estate agent and use your service to gift my clients. This client has asked me/you not to attempt to deliver this again. Im pretty sure their grossed out.
My boss's Mom passed away and I needed to send a nice sympathy based in a pinch. Delivery was on-time; call to customer service to check it was on its ways was great. All around great and my boss texted me thanking me for the "beautiful" basket. Thanks for delivering and having excellent customer service at a time in history both are falling by the waist-side and everything is the customers problem and companies act as if they are doing you a favor.

I ordered gifts for my sons school teachers with their name engraving. First off, i had to pay for shipping for each diary separately even though i was shipping them all to my house. I called them about it and they said that's just how it is- each diary will be shipped separately. Looks like gift tree wants to make money from shipping too!
The diaries arrived 2 days after the promised date and we couldnt even give it to the teachers before the school closed. NEVER buying from these guys again.
Process seemed simple.
I'm based in Japan, sending my Mum two Mother's Day gifts.
I ordered a gift basket and a bouquet of flowers. Tracking update mentioned that they have delivered both items, the gift box was delivered however my Mum didn't get any flowers.
Unsure if I can get a refund for the flowers as it cost a significant amount.
Very disappointed.

The customer service rep was named James & he took a lot of time with me to explain ( deluxe large box of chocolates & wine) for my daughter living out of state in NJ for mothers Day. This was my first time using GiftTree. I sent the treasure chest of fruit and chocolates, plus some farmer soaps to one of our employees. It arrived a day early, but she was excited and thrilled!
