Usually, I've had a very good experience with GiftTree; however, this time the package I ordered arrived one day later than the requested date. Otherwise, the receiver was very satisfied with the gift.
In future, it would be great to see a wider selection of products that are vegan or vegetarian-friendly.
My best friend lost her husband of 24 years to heart failure and kidney cancer. She never liked receiving flowers from him on any occasion, but he would buy them for her anyway because that's what gentlemen do. Being her friend for 35 yrs I had to come up with something else because after losing her husband she's really going to dislike flowers. She sent me a text after receiving her basket writing " Thank you so much for the basket. Love it!."
My gift basket was stuck at UPS for over a week, after reaching to customer service team, they immediately send out a replacement basket without charge. I am surprised on how proactive and fast the team is in addressing my issue.
Good assistance from sales person when I asked about 5th Ave. Wish I got a better discount for being a loyal customer and no shipping surcharge since plenty of time. Maybe next time. My friend got it in few days surprisingly.

The package was delivered two days early - you might want to add that delivery dates might be approximate to your information.

The hamper was apparently lovely so thank you. Disappointed in the fact error with order on purchase and emailed company the same day to get no response to message. In addition specified delivery date for someone's Birthday for it to arrive 3/4 days later
The system allowed me to pickup a delivery date, which I did since gifts sometimes are meant to be given in honor of the particular events. Not so fast to be happy
Though, my gift arrived a week before the chosen date. When I called the customer service to ask them why so, the agent was kind of nasty saying they tried to get them out as fast as possible. Sound good-Hah? But then why to allow us to choose it?
Ordered 6 baskets for delivery on various dates this week in time for christmas.
It seems that every single one has had the delivery date pushed back (some by over a week! AND AFTER CHRISTMAS) without any notification or explanation. One order is still showing as "processing" a week later. Again, no notification or explanation.
This is the poorest service I've experienced from any delivery order I've made in the last 30 years. $700 for this?! Definitely will not be using them again.
Pros: Delivery showed up exactly when scheduled.
Presentation was fantastic
Included items (produce) were very fresh in taste and appearance
Cons: Seemingly more paper/padding than produce/other items
Take away: Splurge on the more expensive packages if you want a more fuller experience to be delivered. Both metaphorically and literally.

I reached out via phone. Left message via email. NEVER heard back. Order (over 100.00) never arrived. UPS or someone pilfered the package as it was opened and items taken. Gift Tree never reconciled, refunded or returned message or contacted me. TERRIBLE service. Will NEVER use them again. In this day and age of digital orders. How can a company be so ignorant!

This is nothing like what I expected. It's just a bunch of products that need to be cut and assembled on your own board. I could've bought all of these in my local grocery store for less than half the price that I spend on it. Very big disappointment.

While shipping these gifts, especially with heavy food components, we've found that we must package the contents securely enough to protect each individual item and the integrity of the basket as a whole. We feel that this is the best practice, as shipping items upright would surely increase the risk of damage and potentially arrive in a tangled heap once it reaches your recipient.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I needed flowers and champagne sent to friends in Nashville who were getting married. The delivery was for the next day... I didn't receive a confirmation email and called today to find out what happened... they said, "sorry, we dropped the ball... would you like a refund?!?!?" NO! I don't want a refund... I wanted my flowers yesterday when I requested it delivered! No apology, no care... I'm totally embarrassed and have no recourse! DO NOT ORDER FROM GIFT TREE!
Hi I paid $50 for a Saturday delivery and the packages arrived that following Tuesday. You also sent cheese and apples across the country with no freeze pack or any hygienic considerations, how is that possible?

Another scampi online shopping website. I ordered a set of birthday balloons from gift tree.com last Wednesday for my friend's boy's birthday, and even asked for the delivery the day before the actual birthday, just in case anything happened. It supposed to be a next day delivery, and until now, I still haven't heard anything from them! Called them couple times to follow up my order status and no one would give me an answer where the order was! I thought I had done my research well. This gift tree has whole lot of good and excellent reviews on their website. They are FAKE! Don't trust them!
I didn't even save money by switching, but thought instead of cookies, I would send fruit. OMG My client received rotten fruit with no packaging protecting the fruits inside a huge box. I am disgusted.
I am from UK. Great way to get gifts for my daughter and son in law living in the US. Quality products delivered to the door. Yes, more expensive than high street prices but postage from here to USA is exorbitant so it even out.

I placed 2 orders on Christmas Day and paid for expedited shipping charge for delivery on 12/31/21. When I checked on status, the orders were not even processed - called customer service and got a very nice women who helped me, looked up the orders but the best she could do was get them to their destinations (florida and california) on January 5th. If I did not call, I feel like they would have been delivered even later. The product itself is very good quality -just disappointed when promised a delivery date and not fulfilled as promised.

I had to call your customer service because your Description and your list of What is Inside does not match. I was assured that the description and the Taste tabs were correct but he list of what was inside was lacking all of the items. I will have to hope that Joleen was correct as I must order it today as I am going out of town. On the 17th, I will have to check with my brother to see if the salami was included and the wines were as described online. Your picture of the gift box shows items surrounding it that do not appear in the description or list of what is in the box. Very confusing purchase.
