Disappointed with chat expert. Gave a generic response when I was looking for a high lift and support bra. Showed me a basic stretch bra from wacoal that I knew wouldn't offer much lift. I ended chat quickly. Hoping I did better based on "the fitting room" recommendations.
I was looking for a second item (I call it a cami/camisole) but all you would show was full length. I don't need a bra, just something for comfort and privacy.
Never received the order so I wouldn't know. This goes to say be very careful ordering from these online sites. Save yourself the trouble and shop online from a trusted retailer!:)

Hello Monoquia - Our records show that all your items were shipped and delivered to you. They were sent in 2 shipments and both shipments show proof of delivery. It is unfortunate that the location for delivery has no secure location for the packages to be delivered to. We cannot be responsible for package theft.
I ordered 10 pair of 100% nylon size 5 underwear after a lot of searching and reading reviews. After placing the order and being fully charged and expecting to receive the underwear, I was notified of a lengthy delay. In other words, I was sold underwear that was not in stock! That should never happen in my opinion! When the package arrived 5 weeks later, the fit was huge so I returned all of them and had to pay $9 shipping at the post office. The entire experience was terrible.
Hello Michelle - Our records show that while placing your order, you selected pre-ordered items with a ship date the week that we sent them to you ultimately. During check out, you checked the box confirming you were aware of this delay. Your shopping bag to displayed this ship date as did your check out screen. We apologize you did not see all these notices. The good news is that we were able to source the item for you while most other sites won't even give you the option to order if not currently in stock. I went online and reordered 2 items I had previously ordered years ago (38DD) and wanted them back again. I did not consider that I had lost weight (30 lbs) over the past 5-6 years and ordered (36D) so when they arrived they were a struggle to get on (body briefers). I returned them through the post office last week and feel like I need to be present to try things on in the future.
The items I was able to buy when living in a large metro area are not available now that I live in a small town. I'm so pleased to be able to find them at Her Room.

I am fed up and want a refund for the 2 bras that are now limbo.

Well I am almost 70 yrs old. I am through with the underwire bra days. I have purchased $60.00+ bras for the last time. The last one were tearing my skin off. I bought that other crap out of elastic. Well let's say DD's can't wear those. Then I found HER ROOM. OMG I am in heaven. I purchased just what I have been searching for. FOR UNDER $30.00. In every color you could imagine. There is so much more.

I have used this site in years past and they are consistently great at getting my orders processed and shipped out in a timely manner. The items I have purchased are of great quality and price and I highly recommend HerRoom for your personal needs.
Only part of my Order was available for shipment.
I have tried to contact the Company through their Website on two occasions to find when the last item would be shipped but have had no luck.
I received a Message that I would receive an e-mail but it has never arrived.
I understand delays are common and are acceptable. What is not acceptable is poor Customer Service.

I've only ordered twice from her room, but each time I am kept up-to-date when there isn't backorder and usually it is shipped earlier than stated. I have been very satisfied dealing with this company and their products are wonderful.
I love the fact that you have such amazing filters in helping us find products by styles and sizes, and some of the most extensive product selections for lingerie on the internet. Unfortunately, the HerRoom search engine is painfully slow in loading and this makes the experience very frustrating. This is not due to slow internet or wifi on my end; I actually had my house hardwired with ethernet and don't have wifi buffering to slow my system down since my house has been wired for ultra high speed internet. I don't encounter such slow speeds with anyone else on the internet, just HerRoom, which is super slow, which is like dial-up from 30 years ago. Delivery time for my order has now now taken over 7 days from date of shipment, on top of delays for the item having been out of stock. I would have thought that the items would have been expedited since I had such a long wait.
I was able to find my favorite panties in colors that I love! There is nothing like Vanity Fair Lace Nouveau nylon briefs. They've been my favorite over 30 years. HerRoom carries colors I just can't find in the local department stores. Shipping was fast, too! I love HerRoom and VF panties.
I enjoy shopping with HerRoom because of the selection of quality merchandise. Delivery is quick. The selection is good, both full-priced items and sale. There is nothing to complain about at HerRoom.
The only panties I wear are shadow line high cut briefs. I have worn them for many many years and they are the only ones that do not ride up. I never put my lingerie in the dryer so they last forever. My old ones are still OK but I wanted to get some new ones in case they weren't available any longer. Thank you for continuing to carry the shadow line panties.
We were looking for a nice, short, half-slip plus a padded bra that was both becoming & comfortable.
Checked with HerRoom & happily, they had them both. They were ordered & arrived quickly & in perfect condition. We are both delighted with the products & service.
I have been wearing Shadowline panties and other Shadowline items for many years. They hold up like new after many washings and outwear any other name brands I have purchased.

Answer: Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.
