The company needs to look at the return policy and not accuse the customer of being wrong. It is insulting and with the cost of the items purchased, inexcusable.

Its was my fault that i sent a return to another online business. It was Ameri-Mark But Pearl was the person i talked to there at HerRoom. Just didn't care for her tone of voice. I had to talk to her quite a few times as the Bra was no easy to size for me online. Pearl just was a happy camper. I did tell her at the end of our last conversation " Pearl Smile" I hope you received my return. I don't think I will be buying from your company again but thanks for asking.
I find the information on Her Room's site to be very helpful. Especially the Blog. I have a health issue that means I need front-fastening bras and the guidance provided regarding how bras are differently made for women over 5 feet 4 inches versus those under 5 foot 3 inches helped me narrow my search quickly. Only had to return one unsuitable choice.
I found HerRoom several years ago in the results from a Google search for full figure bras.
Really appreciate all the information given to ensure we understand how to get the best fit, (especially in bras). And I never have a question about what fabric the item is made from, it is always there in the detailed descriptions.
Although the product I was ordering was delayed due to manufacturing issues, HerRoom regularly updated me. They also send a complimentary gift.
It was the only site where the product I was looking for was available. My prior experience had also been satisfactory.
NEVER will buy from here again. They are such a dishonest company! I returned an item in perfect condition, only tried on to see if it fit and returned. They would not refund me and would not give a reason. Despicable site, not to mention the ridiculous shipping they constantly charge, but there are plenty of other companies I can purchase from, so take a hike.
Hello Jodi - We sell lingerie, and as such, our return policy is clear; returns must be in resaleable condition. WE do not go into detail about hygiene reasons for refusing a return. Unfortunately, your return did not pass our inspection process. I hope this answers your question.

Looking for plus size COTTON panties to replace some older bali ones that I just loved.
These are at least cotton. The elastic is a bit like having string around you. It is too narrow and not very stretchy or resilient.
Experience with her room was reasonable. No surprises with customer care.

Purchased thigh high hose for sons wedding and they were amazing. So comfortable I forgot I was wearing them. They stayed in place for they entire wedding event. I was very impressed and told all my lady friends about them. I've owned thigh highs before and hated them because they rolled down or wouldn't stay up. Not these! They help up, felt and looked great. Don't buy any other brand! Your search is over. You will not regret it.

Horrible! I ordered two bras neither fit properly so I returned them. Tried them on for maybe two minutes each, wrapped in original packaging, tags intact and returned them for $7. Her Room refunded one nra but claimed the other was in unreturnable condition. What? No explanation, a list of six possible reasons for rejecting it but no specific answer. I am still waiting on the last 2 (two) items in my order of almost 2 months ago. Either credit my account for these two items or see that I receive them. I will not order anything else from HerRoom until I get these two items. Based on the response and resolution of this order, I may never order anything else from HerRoom. There are other companies to order from that do not have this problem.

I realize this is an industry wide complaint, but getting bra sizes right is part of your business plan. Band sizes are out of this world crazy! Several brands use the old sizing method: measure the rib cage and add 2" for the hook rows.
You Tomasina's hints is sometimes helpful, but not always. Would it be possible to get sizing info from each of the manufacturers you carry?

Stay away from this retailer! They are impossible to reach with customer service questions. Their phone service "is temporarily out of order" for months on end. Responses are slow to non existent. I will never shop here again and warn everyone to stay away. It's just not worth the hassle.

There was an issue with my shipping and the customer services response basically amounted to you can't prove it was missed delivered so we are not helping you. While I eventually did receive my products what I had asked for was a reshipment at MY COST but if they could honor 1 item at a sale price and they said no. I pretty much doubt I'll ever order from them again.
This is in my original comment, but it usps misdelivers and you can't prove it wasn't in your mail box oh well they will not help you on anyway shape or form.

I placed an order on 10/6/23 (nearly over a month ago) and never heard a word from them until a few days ago when I texted them asking the status. They texted me back and stated there were some shipment issues and stated the order was to be shipped on 11/1/23. Then I received a text saying there was a delay and the order would be ready maybe on 11/9/23 - I said please cancel as your company has too many issues!

Three status emails were sent to you including one on the day you placed your order. The manufacturer was temporarily out of stock due to not selling much of your size. This was the reason for the second ship date. We are sorry it was not in stock, but if you had been willing to wait just 3 more days, your item would have arrived and shipped to you.
