on 5/12/17Hello Tamara - We have a simple return/exchange process. Simply log into your account and initiate a return/exchange. Our system walks you through the process and then print out a return label at the end.

Good luck trying to get the company with accepting a return/exchange. It is well documented with BBB, the company has issues with returns.
