I have received two bras today and they are too big in the cup size. I like the feel of the band of one of the bras, so I just placed a second order for four size 44c. I have no return label to send these two large bras back. These bras were worn just long enough to try them on and then folded them and put them in their respective bags. I did not read your reviews before I ordered my bras and I am afraid that I will have problems with your end of the refund. Can you please advise me how to return these bras?

Hello Tamara - We have a simple return/exchange process. Simply log into your account and initiate a return/exchange. Our system walks you through the process and then print out a return label at the end.

Good luck trying to get the company with accepting a return/exchange. It is well documented with BBB, the company has issues with returns.
