on 8/26/17Good morning Laura - Welcome to HerRoom, and thank you for your question. We have an easy 30 day return policy. Our one stipulation is that the items be returned in new condition. Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard. The lion's share of our returns are accepted. Those that are refused represent currently 0.0127% of our total returns received year-to-date.
I hope this answers your question.
Fond regards,

I HAVE ORDER OVER $350 AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM IN ABOUT 2 AND A HALF WEEKS. THEY WILL PROBABLY TELL ME ITS TOO LATE FOR A RETURN DUE TO THEIR LACKNOF COMMUNICATION. SMH
I bought three bras last week and returned one. They would only give me a store credit and said the item was not in resaleable condition. I had the bd pristine condition. This company has TERRIBLE reviews online. If I had seen them in advance of this, I would have never ordered them.
I received a less than pristine item from Herroom, which I admit, was a first. It did not fit, so I returned it along with other bras that did not fit. They sent it back to me saying that it was dirty and non-refundable. It was EXACTLY as they had sent it to me. If you are not 100% positive that you will want to keep something, I would question whether or not you will get a refund.
You most likely will not get your money back. Every return seems to have the same issue, excessive staining and strong odor or perfume stains, their return policy is a joke, they do not return your money and every return seems to be examined by "Wilma".
