The chances of recording a show on time is probably less than 80%. It may not be recorded. Some other show may be recorded. If it records, it may start late or it may cut off early. Oh, do not try to delete a show, stop recording a show or, after viewing, dislike it. The show will come back time-after-time-after-time. In any where from 2-minutes to over-night. Even their so-called Tech Support people can not remove these shows. Note: First-line tech support (sic) are Filipinos with limited skills. Second level is only marginally better.

Hulu, of course, includes unlimited DVR. Apparently because they can not delete anything.

Oh, by the way, the standard story is that they are aware of the problem and it is being worked on. They neglect to mention that the complaints have been posted for more than 3 years and the problem has never been fixed.

Tip for consumers:
Hulus DVR is hardly worth it.

  • Amica Mutual Insurance

When I signed on to Amica for my insurance, one of the reasons was its good customer service reviews. My previous company had ceased to be a good neighbor.

It now looks like Amica's customer service is not up to the reviews.

I am willing to concede that I may have had to deal with a "bad example" but I see no avenue at Amica to correct this situation.

He was slow to act and rarely available. My case was simple and well documented but it took weeks to resolve and was not helped by this uncommunicative individual.

My suggestion is to compare other companies before deciding on Amica based on old customer service reviews.

Verified purchase

Once you get your order and mark it as shipped in their system, it is no longer their problem. Their claimed delivery dates are a joke. Delivery dates come and go a week or more and it is not their problem.

Don't try their phone number, no one will answer. Their "chat" is just down. Email is their only answer and that is at their leasure.

There are more reliable companies that can deliver in 1 or 2 days.

  • Optumrx

'Tis the season for open enrollment for 2021 and OptumRx via UnitedHealthcare is claiming "We used your feedback to improve the member website."

Well I just checked and nothing has changed, much less improved recently (for well over a year).

Same crappy login, same crappy site, same crappy service, same clueless employees. In this time of Covid, it should be quite easy for UnitedHealthcare to clean house at OptumRx and upgrade the personnel base instead of falsely claiming an improved website.

Unfortunately, UnitedHealthcare still has one of the best medical plans, coverage & $$-wise, available. The only reason I had to give them 2 stars was the UnitedHealthcare connection.

They also have one of the worse, if not the worse, prescription subsidies.

  • LinkedIn

I am retired. I have never been in business. I have never been involved with linkedin.com but I keep getting email from "people" in linkedin.com. All come from "*******@linkedin.com. No way to complain here. And linkedin.com has a phone number that ONLY goes to a robo-operator. On way to complain here either.

Obviously this is a semi-legal, third-party spam system.

Report them to your ISP and get them blacklisted.

Stumbled across this website tonight and discovered that my mother was alive and where she was living. This must come as a real surprise to the facility where she died, the funeral home that held her services and the cemetery that buried her and placed a stone over her. Oh, did I mention that she died more than a decade ago? Granted, maybe her spirit/ghost still lives at that address but the current residents have made no mention of it. Then there is the matter of her daughter, who has been married and living elsewhere for more than a quarter-century.

advancedbackgroundchecks.com obviously does not let facts get in their way.

Bottom line: Use that money to go to Disney World. They at least tell you upfront that everything is a fantasy.
