I was an independent court researcher for Advanced Backgrounds for approx 10 yrs. In the late 90's, they got 3 months behind in paying me, but I stuck with them till they caught up. Around 2007, I noticed I wasn't getting my usual 20-25 per week orders. They strung me along; said there was a mistake. Then, after a month or so,, they cut my pay rate by 40%. So much for loyalty to a long time provider. I have a college degree (paralegal) and over 20 yrs. Experience. Advanced Backgrounds will hire any ying yang off the street if they can save a dime. I told em to "take the job and SHOVE IT". Don't use them!

Beware, this service stinks and that guarantee is bogus. I ran it for current information and it was a year behind on addresses, which are easy to get, two on criminal background and more than that on vehicles. Completely missed long standing liciences and employment. Missed obvious stuff too. Ran it on myself to be sure, seven years behind on my vehicle, just as bad on rest. It also showed 0 sex ofenders in areas state police site list MANY. So if for instance, if you are checking out someone you are dating or getting information on someone stalking you to better protect yourself pick another service. Tried to tell them about this they blew me off, ended up paying for a different service and no refund here.

Cyber stalking at its finest. I never signed up for this site, any of its affiliate sites, never heard of it, but they are posting my past addresses on the first page of google when someone googles my name, same story for many of my family and friends from Sacramento, CA that have uncommon names.

There is an address - 1915 21st Street, Sacramento, CA ******* and I advise victims to report the cyber stalking to their local authorities as the sites address is in Sacramento, CA and stalking is a crime in California. Under their policies they claim people signed up and gave them the information but that is a 100% lie. Sad that people are so hard up for money they will resort to this.

They have published our PRIVATE home phone, address & email and we have been trying to get removed for over 1 year now, they refuse to remove our information. We have emailed over a dozen requests, called over a dozen times and mailed via postal mail (2) requests in the last 6 months to remove us but they still REFUSE TO REMOVE OUR PRIVATE LISTING INFORMATION. We are now retaining an attorney to sue them for punitive damages, these people are complete scum and even the people that purchase their "information" say it's all a scam, information inaccurate, etc... Stay far away from this business of $8/hour morons.
