Zulily offers everything I need to give as gifts to family members and friends. Some are unusual and can't be found elsewhere. I also find buys from upper scale businesses I have used. The prices are even better at Zulily.

I have bought a wide variety of products from Zulily, from Boxed to name brands. I notice that the major complaint of most people is the shipping time, but that is clearly stated in the description of each item. Your shipping rates are reasonable, and if you shop on Friday you get free shipping all weekend! What an incentive! I also liked the one fee for shipping all month you offered at one time. That would be a fantastic promotion for the holiday season.
I've gotten some great deals and really pretty clothes from the site. However, there are many issues.
1. Sizing isn't always accurate, quite a few items come from China
2. Hate the fact that you do NOT get refunded for returns, only store credit.
3. Items arrive in so many packages.
4. Reviews are often not posted.
5. Have to call to return more than couple items because site won't allow it.
6. Should be disclosed when an item is coming from China
7. Some items can't be returned at all.
The only issue I have is with the inconsistency in sizing for my plus sized purchases. It's frustrating to wait as long as I have to, only to get an item that's two sizes smaller than described or a size larger. The cost of alterations would make even the best bargain a waste of time.

Zulily has been a great shopping experience in the past but the quality has declined and shipping time has gotten to an issue. Waiting over a month to find you have waited for a thin dress that, after the first wear has holes in it is not great. Their marketing is genius. The way they rotate products/lines are clever and it keeps you coming back. I really liked having unique clothes and got great compliments. Some product lines are very notable and sell out quickly. I love Suzanne Betro and White Mountain for example. Quality and reason pricing and items get shipped quickly. Love it.
Recently OXO was featured. Lots of their items sold out quickly so I checked Amazon, only to find the same products a good $10-$15 cheaper and with 2 day shipping vs Zulily's week+, it planted seeds of doubt.
I have also purchased a few dresses that were a polyester material and were fine, but the material was just okay. Now I see the same material in so many dresses in different styles I really don't like my dresses anymore and the polyester annoys me when I wear it. Some things only come in (forgive me) European or Asian sizes now so one has to be careful and check the sizing, particularly if the model's face is half cropped out and she is tiny. If she's on a rooftop the quality is most likely inferior. The descriptions are vague and many people learn by experience, like me. I now check the material on things I am interested and scrutinize the pictures.
Apparently Zulily wised up to this and is now asking for consumers to review products. With competition from wholesalers like Asian company AliExpress now selling directly to consumers, if you know these products you can see the similarities and know the long shipping time means it's being shipped from somewhere like China to Zulily first, then onto the customer, me. I don't want to wait over six weeks for a swimsuit or jacket.
I will say their return process is easy and wonderful. The caveat is if your order is six things and they all come over six weeks and the return window closes, you may be screwed unless you call and let them know. It costs $8-$9 to return items, so you want to wait until you have several to make it worthwhile. If not, I just sell mine on Facebook Marketplace for the price I purchased it.
Overall I love Zulily and I have an addiction. I shop and put things in my cart and sometimes I wait and see if they are still there the next day to curb myself. Or I will "favorite" items and see if they comeback around. You have to be judicious, but if you really, really want something unique-you better snatch it up quickly! It may never come back and then buyers remorse sets in and you want to fill that sadness with something else that you probably don't need.

Have been shopping with Zulily for about 3 years and am very pleased. The kids' and women's clothes have been very nice! I have ordered a lot of both. I have, also, ordered puzzles, glassware and other gift items. Have loved everything! Returned a few items because of fit issues, etc. If for any reason you want to return anything; there is no hassle! It does cost to return but the difference between that and the item cost is returned to you. I have no problem with Zulily.
I love Zulily! I buy so many things from them and the quality has been great. I mean ALOT of things! I love the return policy and have purchased shoes to jewelry to children and adult clothing. I love that so many things are different an unique items! I always get asked where I have gotten someone and laugh as it ususally is ZULILY!

This has definitely become my go-to place to shop for a majority of the things I like for myself as well as gifts for family and friends. If you are okay with waiting for 4-5 weeks (without rocket shipping) and want amazing deals then Zulily is it. Shipping cost is the same no matter how little/much you buy so just be sure to place an order for more than just 1 item.
Zulily is a great place to find nice clothing for the entire family. Good quality. The only downfall is the shipping of products is not dependable. It might be a few days or a month.
I've learned to limit my ordering as most of the clothing does not fit properly, even the mens clothing. If you send items back it takes forever to get credited. The orders also take forever to be fulfilled and a lot of items are cancelled after waiting over a month! Amazon ships so much faster and some items are actually less expensive than Zulily.
Offer free shipping options. Amazon Prime gets most of my online ordering business due to their free shipping.
So many other businesses also offer free shipping if a specific amount is exceeded. If Zulily wants to compete and excel, they need to seriously consider offer free shipping options.

I can always find something amazing at Zulily. Just wish the shipping was faster. Especially if I am buying baby shower gifts or clothes for my grandchildren. Unfortunately they make the shipping fees higher to discourage returns. Especially when you had paid for the shipping upfront.

I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it.
