I have spent thousands of dollars on Zulily merchandise and have been mostly dissatisfied. As far as clothing is concerned the material, stitching and fit on almost everything has been sub par. The only thing I'm happy with is name brand purchases like ( coach bag, ED shoes, NARS make up) even the bedding was super chintzy.
I find amazing deals! Quality and comfort for a great price. I've had a few returns that went very smoothly, one return got a bit mixed up, but in the end, got it right! Very pleased with the company! Thank you!

When zulily first started, you could get some different items that you wouldn't normally see elsewhere. Now it's all the same stuff that you see everywhere. Prices aren't always the best. Shop around. Items can show up 2-3 times in a category falsely inflating the number of items for sale. Annoying to scan through to see the same thing 2 or 3 times. The shipping wait is also a huge downside. I will only order things that I don't want in less than a month. Most stores, even slow as a dog Kohl's will get you your order in 7-10 days. Lag time is a huge reason why I don't buy more from Zulily.
I love Zulily. I have ordered alot of items from them and the only time i have ever had a problem was with coffee. I ordered ground, received whole bean. They took care of the issue quickly and satisfactorily. When i buy something it comes packaged well, most things are soon to arrive, when there is a wait, i already know about it as they tell you that. You are shopping right from home with delivery to your door. What more can I say? Solid and reputable company.

Many times of the past few years I have found unique and great prices on many items. Some things have not been 5 Stars, but for the most part I have gotten good deals. Sometimes I have not gotten what I ordered but that is only 3% at the most of my orders. I wish there was an option to have quicker shopping especially for Holiday items. However, most of us long time shoppers with Zulily do know and understand we have to have patience and not to order items that we know in advance we may not get an item in time.
I've had all wonderful experiences with Zulily. Their products have all been of good quality. Their customer services is unbeatable. I love that my credit card it linked to the account and order totals can be broken down in 3 payments. Also having free shipping all day after your first order is amazing! I've told anybody that will listen about Zulily. Thanks for the wonderful service.
Some days great product at great prices but do price research before ordering. Shipping is horrid! Shouldn't wait for over a month for a seasonal item. Site needs more free shipping deals

I used to like Zulily until lately I've had bad experiences. I ordered a pair of boots and didn't receive the same as pictured in the website. Instead they sent a fake copy of the boots they were advertising, nevertheless pointing they were shipped from China. I don't like websites that show something they don't have in order to make you buy. It feels like they changed ownership or they sold the company to China because now most of the shipping comes from China. Also they do not specify where their shipments come until you make the purchase and it's shipped. I am not doing any more business with Zulily. Thank you.
This complaint is much more about the Doublijou brand than the business model of Zulily. In my experience, the shipping times are longer than something like Amazon but this is due to their batch shipping model (explained on the site). Their estimated shipping date was accurate. The descriptions are detailed of all the items I've read.
As far as Doublijou is concerned, I ordered two blazers of the same size (medium) in two colors (white and a floral pattern). When I got them, the white fit fine but the floral pattern was much larger. Also, both are thinner than a typical blazer. I am not very impressed with the quality of fabric or size differences. But I am going to keep the blazers, as there is a fee to return items and all you get is store credit and they aren't terrible.
It is easy to order so many pretty things! I have had a couple of items that were not perfect, but I have spend thousands of dollars with Zulily and have been extremely happy. Their return process is easy and economical when returning more than one thing. I recommend Zulily to friends, co-workers and strangers when complimented on what I'm wearing!
If Im paying you money via credit card why can you only refund store credit if I refund in guidelines and within 30 days?

This company is such a scam. It takes 4 - 5 weeks to get your order from the time you purchase it and then it is not at all the quality or fit they describe. I ordered a medium and got an extra large. They don't do refunds either - only store exchanges - for more shoddy products. Would rate it as 0 if I could.
I have tried to do business with Zulily for 5 or 6 years now but After this last transaction i am walking away. Ordered a suit for $80. Delayed shipping finally received a month later. The strangest fitting, to snug in forearms? Weird. Sent the whoe suit back. But didnt get my money back. Received an email from Zulily. $56 STORE credit, like i wanted anything else from their store. Over the years the sizing is always up in the air, the quality for the most part sucks, the time it takes to actually receive a package is 2 weeks at the fastest. Overall i have certainly lost. For the time and amount of money spent i have nothing.
Sizing is not consistent with sizing chart. Often vendors are not adhering to US standards. Zulily should be more vigilant. With the high price of postage, it is senseless to return.

I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it.
