I have discovered several great brands on zulily and been satisfied with most of them. I am disappointed in the customer service at times. I have had products canceled several times before finally buying(with confirmation) and actually receiving product. Also there can be a quality control issue. I have had a couple items arrive broken and had to fight to get store credit back because I had ordered gifts well in advance. Overall because of my persistence it is always made right but it is not a positive that it requires the consumer to complain 4-5 times to be made whole for a purchase received broken.
I love Belgian brothers and you can find great deals on clothing just wish the company had more consumer friendly policies.
I would love to give Zulily a 5 star but they fall short on delivering true plus size clothing. They have many different brands that say they are plus size when in fact they are not. Suzanne Betro brand is the best they have for plus sizes. True to size and fit. I don't consider an 18 a plus size because in stores they are with regular ladies clothing, Zulily really needs to put their foot down about how some of these labels are not true plus but says they are. Zulily return policy is great tho.
I absolutely LOVE Zulily. I have gotten the best deals, cutest clothes and greatest presents. I have found brands that I am loyal to as well as things I would have NEVER found if I were in a box store. I especially love the yearly Cabi sale and my dog adores her Bluberry pet sweaters!
Everything I have ordered is great. Zulily has so much to offer. Zulily always honor the product even when defective which is rare. They also refund your charges when the USPS delivers my package to the wrong address which was done twice at no fault of Zulily. Everything I have ordered in regards to clothes fits to size.
I like the variety of items on this site. The shipping costs area little high. Returns have a fee and you only get store credit. But the deals are great and 95 percent of the stuff I've gotten has been keepers.
I shop Zulily all the time, thousands of dollars worth of clothing, shoes and boots. They come to my home. I do not have to go out to deal with the crowds or worry if my card will or will not swipe. I have become used to and know my favorite brands and sizes.

Many of the orders take a few weeks for delivery. Even though it says they take orders and then have them supplied by the manufacturer, I still had one cancellation after confirmation and payment. It did get refunded. In one instance, I received an email for free shipping if purchased that day. Coupon would not apply, customer service gave me a credit to offset the issue. I am careful about what I order to minimize issues. There are many good deals, but returns are not necessarily free of charge or for a refund. Be selective.

I like the daily Zulily variety of products. I check around and the prices are usually a bit better than Amazon. The concern is in the shipping time for a product and the shipping fee. I can pay $2 more and get most of the items on Amazon and get free next day or 2 day shipping with my prime membership. I still buy some items on Zulily but faster shipping would make me order more. Customer Service has been phenomenal when I have called for assistance.

I like only some of there item's, it depends what brand's they are. Small item's cut very small or to large, or don't expected the color. So I chance it but we have to still pay for the shipping cost. That's what I don't like. But the good thing is they do credit you back your money. That's Good.

Customer service is great for any damaged in shipping merchandise. Easy to shop online. There is an $8 restock fee should you send something back. My grandson is outfitted by Zulily. Some things take a very log time to arrive.
I occasionally find good deals on Zulily, but it definitely isn't my favorite flash sale site. It's frustrating to browse because there is no way to sort items by price (low to high or high to low). There also isn't a purchase threshold for free shipping (although, once you place an order and pay for shipping, everything else you buy in the same day ships free after that). Shipping can take a really long time, too, so it's hard to order anything as a gift. I also won't buy any wooden items from here anymore because the two times that I did, they shipped out without any protective padding inside, so both items arrived cracked.
I have been a customer of Zulily's since 2012. Everything has been and still is wonderful! I absolutely love and enjoy daily deals and how helpful everything has become. Also, offering the small payments on items such as Michael Kors, well that's just the cherry on top!

Great buys on excellent products and I appreciate the option to return in some cases. It would be nice to get a credit card refund but I shop regularly so it is not a big deal.
I love Zulily they have the most amazing products at great prices and customer service is on point. If you have any issues with your order they are always easy to get ahold of and quick to make things right. I love this site and will always be a frequent shopper!

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it.
