I love the Zulily clothes and have some wonderful bargains. Customer Service has always been excellent. But. I have just ordered an item with the rocket symbol to say it will ship 1 -2 days. This is FRAUDULENT! My item ordered on Feb 21st is due to be shipped on March 6th. I only ordered it for my holiday in a few weeks time and it won't get here. Zulily explain items still need to go through customs. I can't get the company to acknowledge that this isn't what they promise. Very disappointed, very angry.
I wish I would've read these reviews before ordering. Zulily shipped my order, supposedly thru UPS. I waited a week after being unable to track the # on UPS website. I then called Zulily customer service. I was given a $10 credit along with a refund of my money because they said it was shipped from their facility but lost in transit?!? Bad first time user experience.
I have been shopping from Zulily for over 4 years mostly for my grand children and initially they had some unique clothing for kids. But these days practically carry everything answer as they grew their customer service went down the drain. It takes over a month to get your order but they charge your credit card from day one so you are paying interest then these days they ship orders from China that mostly being shipped for free but Zulily rip you off for ridiculous shipping charges. I called their so called customer service and talk to couple of rude reps who have no identity and they refused me to talk to a manager. This is a lawless company that operates by bunch clueless employees, no management, no ownership. It's a shame that Zulily went trash because all they are concerned is money, money nothing else matter. Integrity and honesty does not mean anything to those on the top. Shame on you all. AM, Dallas.
I have looked at their products on line and thought I would give them a chance. Big Mistake! The sizes are huge, they look like they were designed for menopausal elephants and the fabric is absolute garbage, homeless people would run screaming! Best of all, when you try to return all you get is a store credit. So you can get more crap! Flush your money

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Do not buy here. You can't exchange anything. They will only give you a credit that you feel compelled to use, so you order another item or two that doesn't fit. All of the size charts are off. I've ordered three different dresses from them, and in the photos they look beautiful, but once they arrive, they're all made out of very cheap fabric. I'll probably wear each one once to the supermarket, and then give them to Goodwill.
I donated items to Goodwill rather than deal with this company any longer! Want to charge restocking fee, won't tell me how much, they want to give me credit for more products not back to my credit card, I would never order from them again, replies are "canned" responses that make little sense... I wonder what it will take for this company to go under and stop ripping people off?
I have been ordering from Zulily for 2 years now and with only a couple of minor glitches am very satisfied with the company. The customer service is better than it used to be and the online app is user friendly as well. When ordering you have to allow 2-4 weeks depending on where they are getting it from so I just factor that in and dont do last minute shopping with them. With one exception everything Ive ordered has looked nice and been good. The trick is to pick from companies you know when ordering products if you can. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend Zulily to my friends, and have.
I ordered two dresses from zulily that took ages to arrive and were absolutely awful when I finally got them. Really poor quality and decided to return. Well the returns policy is dreadful. You have to pay for tracked service and although they promise to refund within 14 days of receipt, they definitely do not. After a month I chased them and they demanded proof I sent the package. Luckily I'd snapped receipts on my phone. Only after that did they refund my money. I think they rely on people not following their directions to the letter etc and only process after people get angry with them. Terrible service will never order from them again.
With reading all your reviews why do you still keep your company? I haven't read one positive comment. I was going to go look at the website and "possibly" order something and now I'm glad I didn't. So why are you constantly taking the money from hard working American citizens, why are you making it so difficult to return items in some cases not being able to return some items, why are charging individuals credit cards without their permission, and last but not least why use the rabbit fur? Your company is a fraud, it's a waste of money to the honest taxpayers, your business should be shut down!
The shipping seems to take an unusually long amount of time and two of the four pieces I ordered were terrible quality. After the first washing of one shirt, every single button ripped off. Another shirt had several large tears in the sleeve right out of the package. Boo. If you are going to sell clothes at least make sure they are well made and high quality. I will never order here again.
Great source for seasonal kids clothes. Once I figured out the shipping process my satisfaction increased: some items are ready for quick shipping while most are first shipped from China, then to customer. I've only returned one item and received "store" credit but return was effortless. My advice is to read the details carefully. The information is there, I just needed to pay attention.
I enjoy browsing through Zulily every evening. It's relaxing and fun. I find so many interesting, unusual and useful items in so many different categories. The shipping is slow, but as long as you're aware that you'll have to wait a few weeks for most items, not a big deal. Their customer service is great. Any time I've contacted them directly I've gotten a prompt and satisfactory resolution. The sizing is hit and miss, but so is any other website I order from. My only real complaint is that you cannot get an actual refund of your money. The refund is a store credit, unless they totally sent you the wrong item, color, defective/broken item, etc. But I shop so often that a store credit works for me.
I found out about Zulily a few years back and I have been hooked ever since. So much variety, favorite brands and awesome prices. I can always be assured I won't run into someone wearing the same thing.
I have only had a couple of returns with all of the product I have purchased over the years. Customer service was fast, efficient and very friendly. I like the reviews for the items that are coming out now. I make sure to review my purchases so everyone will know how happy I am. I purchase all of my business clothes and more on Zulily right from the comfort of my own home. And now some of it has faster shipping. Zulily is my go to shopping. Thanks Zulily!
Please don't waste your time or money on clothing from Zulily. Their descriptions do not match the actual item. I have seen better quality in the cheapest department stores. The tunic I ordered looked like a flannel pajama top and the top stitching was crooked and loose and the armhole seams were pulling loose. It is hard to believe they can stay in business.
Placed an order on 3 Feb and the final piece arrived on 3 March. They didn't have items in stock (which they did not bother to mention). Final item was shipped directly to me from China which, I guess, is where this company is based. Products are of fair quality. I have learned my lesson and will stay away from Zulily no matter how tempting their ads.
I've never had a problem with my orders, & if there was they fixed it right away. And gone beyond what I expected. Very loyal customer because of the service I've received, which is hard to come by these days. The one thing I would change would be the # viewing on items. I would move it so you could see the product because it covers up a lot of the pictures making be bypass things I might buy. Love the option of 2 payments on items occasionally as well. It makes it easier to purchase more.
I've been shopping with Zulily since its inception. The sales are great for what I'm looking for and the prices are hard to beat. I have three issues though... sizing charts are sometimes incorrect. There are times I've fallen for an item used to promote a sale and that particular item is not shown as a choice. Lastly, return costs are much higher than original shipping which isn't quite fair to the consumer. I think other return methods should be available.
I have purchased many items from Zulily, some unique and unusual finds for garden, kitchen and home. I stray away from buying clothing (except name brands), as sizing is not always accurate and sometimes the fabric is not what I expected. I have bought shoes/boots - again with brands that I know fit properly and that are known for comfort. The few times I have received one or two damaged items (probably because the carrier thinks there is a basketball hoop on my front porch) and Customer Service has always been accommodating, taking care of the issue immediately.
Some items are ok and others are complete junk. It's really hit or miss with this company. The clothing seems to run very small and two bracelets I ordered were so small they looked like children's jewelry. My favorite purchases so far have been an Italian leather satchel and some luxury brand cosmetics. I won't be ordering anymore clothing because the sizing is too small and I am always disappointed.
I live in a small community that has lost many retail stores, leaving us nearly no shopping. Enter, Zulily, stage left, to save the day! There are so many wonderful great and varied selections each day, that most of the time, I find a perfect gift or some article--especially shoes and clothing as well as other nice offerings--conveniently presented on the Zulily site. Easy!

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
