I am furious with this company. Stay away! During their after Thanksgiving sale I ordered a lot of items. And I mean a lot! Roughly one hundred items. It was in two different orders. It took me days to pick out all the items I was buying, checking reviews, checking sizes and comparing styles. I bought all the items and paid for them. The money was taken out of my account weeks ago. As time passed i though something was wrong so I sent an email to customer service. Customer service got back to me and said there were delays in shipping because of the holidays. And they included that my case was solved. Well about ten emails with no responses my money was refunded. Not a word from them. I've emailed many times to get answers but they won't reply. They ran a scam. I've talked to many people that have not received their orders either. Please dont support this shady company. I did not mean to give them even one star. I wasn't able to remove it!
I learned the brands that had good products and avoided the ones that were inconsistent either in size or item.
I preferred the jewelry gold on brass, and for the most part was pleased, though ring sizes differed even within same name brand.
Once bought top that was right color but not same design as advertised, so I too would say there definitely is improvement needed or else the customer may not be a return customer.
I also am very unhappy with this site, ordered November 26 and nothing as of December 12, also unable to follow the tracking. Don't think I'll recommend this site to anyone just because the items I ordered were for Christmas... now what do I tell an eleven and eight year old, Santa's sleeping on the job! I see many were unhappy with the quality of the products. Can't wait to see what mess I'm getting. Oh boy, next time I'll shop in store at least I'll have it in my hand and know the quality. And the fact that my card may be used doesn't make me happy this merry season.
I'm not sure what to think of Zulily. When I see something I'd like to purchase, I google the item, and usually find it cheaper or the same price elsewhere. Also, pay attention to your total. It seems they add $$ somewhere that unaccounted for.
Ordered 3 tops at $35 a piece, not cheap. Took a month to receive and they will all be going in the trash. One was plaid pattern, but looks like sewn by a 10 year old. Plaid pattern at front & back seam were not even attempted to match up, off by at least 3'. I would be embarrassed to wear in public. Fabric horrible. Second top was same as first, but different fabric which was horrible, cheap, not wearable doesn't breath. Last looks ok until you put it on, them what should be a stripe in center of top is not lined up center of top, but off to the side by about 2'. Will absolutely never order from this crooked company again, you might as well shop at the dollar store and save hundreds.
I have ordered many different things. A lot of items have been for my grandchildren (puzzles, piano music books, clothes, personalized Christmas ornaments, etc.). They've loved everything. I have also bought many tops, shoes and decorations for our apartment. My only criticism is that it is very expensive to return items so I'm sure most people don't.
I have placed maybe a dozen orders and within those orders have been at least 50 items. I have had only one item get cancelled and they notified me right away. I have had quality issues with a couple items from unknown manufacturers of women's clothing. Lesson learned, I will only buy from known brands in the future. My orders never take more than a few weeks to arrive. I think the site is very clear about how this process works. I think consumers have to do their homework. Not everything on Zulily is an amazing deal. I like it, it works for me and I do not work for them. LOL
I've ordered from this company several times this Christmas season (like eight times) and have gotten all orders when promised. They've been just as advertised and each invoice was easily tracked. Their prices can be much lower than other stores such as Kohl's, Sears and even Target. Love their selection and customer service!
Yes, they have cute item, however the delivery takes forever and when calling customer service the don't do anything. So if you order from Zulily don't expect to get it for 4 to six weeks and in some cases longer.
Don't usually post reviews but. I ordered two items from Zulily. Both items came and did not at all match the picture online. The boots were a totally a different color and the items appeared VERY cheaply made. Because the company knew it was wrong, they refunded my items. Only giving me store credit- why would I want to do business with this site again? Very upset... Would not recommend using Zulily.
Shipping was a problem, but once i read the website's policy (after the fact) i totally understood. I ordered 2 outfits for my daughter with tutus. They were HORRIBLY made. There were threads hanging out, the ribbon was twisted, the elastic was twisted, it was like these were the reject clothing. I feel this site find clothes that didn't meet the manufacture's requirements, so they take the "bad" clothes and sell them to us at "dirt cheap" prices. If you don't mind reject clothing, then shop here. My daughter LOVED the clothes, so we kept them (b/c she's spoiled) but I won't buy again.
I don't understand the terrible reviews here. I have been buying beautiful clothing here for my granddaughter since I found out that she was being born. Do your homework and then order. They have some amazingly expensive brands that I could never have afforded otherwise. My granddaughter is the most beautiful dressed little girl (now 6). Customer service has always been wonderful to me. If you order adult clothing for 10-20 bucks, you are going to get tiny sized clothing from china made with cheap material. Pay attention, and you will get some very wonderful deals with Zulily!
Horrid products. Weirdest sizing I've ever seen. Strange fabric. It's like the tops were designed and assembled by a robot child from outer space that had never even seen a woman, much less designed a piece of clothing for one.
I am at a loss to understand the stridently negative tone of many of the Zulily reviews. I discovered the site recently and am delighted with my purchases (dresses, tunics, leggings, jewellery). It seems that many of those giving one star did not read how Zulily operates prior to purchasing. They state openly that their merchandise might take longer than usual to get to customers and they explain why. They also say that they don't take returns and once again explain why. The clothes I bought fit well and the quality was good. For the prices charged, the value is remarkable. What's more, the site is user friendly and great fun to browse.
I've made several purchases through your company and most (95.5 %) I've been greatly satisfied.
The only thing that caught me by surprise is when I purchased a pair to running shoes and they were too small so I returned them. I ended up with a store credit instead of a refund to my account. I didn't like that.
I feel like shop on your site enough that I can make that decision how I would have my money refunded.
Other than that, its all good.
Poor quality, very expensive to return things from Canada, and in the end you'll be more satisfied shopping on sites with a fair return policy.
The covert racism from white middle-aged women at their call centre is a nice touch.
Zulily has a lot of nice things it make you want to keep buying. The on most of their items are unbelievable. You almost lose control with your buying because there are so much beautiful thing choose from and buy.
This site covers all needs; women's, men's, children, home, etc. Items unbelievably priced. With Zulily credit card, everything can be divided into three payments. Can also use QVC credit card for your purchases. It doesn't get any better than Zulily!
Love the items offered on Zulily and can often find my true favorites at a better price than if I went in to the store. If I could change anything, it would be their shipping policy. While it is very fair, I don't like paying shipping! They do allow you all weekend to buy with free shipping if you've purchased something on Friday which is kind. The website is often S L O W to load, but still the products and prices are worth it!
Ordered two pairs of shoes, one fit well, the other pair are weird, left foot is size
7, right foot is 7 1/2. Merchandise appears to be seconds or "fire sale" merchandise

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
Answer: If you bought them from Zulily, you might see about making your granddaughters feet smaller. I'm sure that's easier than dealing with Zulily.
