Purchased a XL ladies vest. It took a several months to get. Thought they sent me xs, so I double checked and was a XL. Material was very cheap & had plastic sewn in shoulders. Also purchased a few fisher price toys & they were fine.
I love Zulily! Yes, delivery takes forever... You just have to adjust your expectations. Sizes tend to run small, so I orderm size larger and have them altered to fit, if needed. I get so many compliments on the things I find--things that cannot be found at the mall.

Cheaply made, no words to describe how bad the quality was. The label on this jacket should be called "Simply Junk" instead of "Simply Couture". I have regrets now for not reading other reviews before placing my first order on this website. Never again!
I found six pair of shoes I really loved but none of them were in my size. This is rather a pointless site, after reading the reviews I think I'm better off not to do business with this company and I cannot imagine why they are still in business. Their website does not seem to work either. I will be surprised if I can even post of this review.

I am in shock right now at the amazing quality of customer service of Zulily! Not only were they extremely prompt in responding, but also EXTREMELY generous in handling my return request! I will most definitely continue to use the site if not for their customer service alone!
Don't buy shoes from Zulily, and clothes are hit or miss (sizing runs SMALL), but if you're going for toys, sketchbooks, and other fun stuff, you'll be happy. Shipping does take awhile, but I do believe they let you know this when you order. Between myself and my daughter, only two of 23 items have been disappointing.
I've browsed the site often because the tracking pictures that are attached to sites I am on are always so cute, but when I go to the site to try and find the top, it isn't anywhere to be found. Isn't that false advertising to advertise what you don't have?
Buyer beware, Zulily is a hit or miss. It takes a long time to receive an order for starters. But, the quality is not very good. Thus far the worst buy for me was a pair of boots. The picture showed beautiful cozy looking boots, not the same ones I received... the ones I actually got were cheaply made, very narrow, and small, and couldn't even wear them once, they feel like cardboard. Highly disappointed shop with caution!
Never, ever would I have thought that I would have to wait a month for even one item to ship. When you're excited to buy new things from a well commercialized site the last thing someone would imagine is waiting a month to get even ONE item. I feel that it is not well documented that shipment would take as long as it has. I am disappointed because after waiting all this time I decided to research how others feel after Zulily & now looking at all the reviews, I find out that this problem/complaint is not new. How has nothing changed or been forced to change on Zulily's end? Compiling this now I've found out from these reviews that the quality is poor & the return policy sucks. I wanted a few clothing items for a decent price, I didn't foolishly expect a lifetime warranty from a discount company. However, I certainly didn't anticipate crap quality coming in a very late shipment after the $250 I spent. It's sad that I haven't even gotten the clothes yet & I already have a bad taste in the my mouth, especially because there was duplicate item ordered & now I don't know if I can return it. I can't wait to wear the fall clothes I ordered back on November 1st at the end of winter, IF I ever get them. I really hate not only this current situation, but that businesses get away with things like this even after it is widely agreed by consumers that it is misleading, disappointing, and essentially a financial trap.
I just received my first Zulily purchase. Two dresses for my girls and they did arrive quick enough. However; when I opened the box the dresses were similar colour but the detail was different. The material was subpar and there was loose threads all over the dresses and I paid more than I would for dresses because I thought I was getting good quality stuff. So wrong. Even the sizing is a mess. One dress is a size 4 and the other 6 and the 4 is larger than the six. I have tried calling customer service and am on hold now for 20 minutes. Aweful. I order a lot of stuff online and will never be ordering again.
The shirts I ordered were pretty good, but the boots I ordered were subpar. They looked nice enough, but after wearing them for only 1 day, there were holes in the heels of them. Customer service hasn't gotten back to me yet, not sure if they ever will... don't buy their boots. Otherwise, they're okay.

While I can see why some people are leaving negative reviews, my experience with them has been different and I say this as someone in the southern hemisphere. I used to expect my packages to take forever as I had been warned by some other users of the site but they've always shipped quickly and been delivered much sooner than I expected. The site has something for everyone from activewear, shoes, baby clothes, plus size and undergarments. The plus size clothes are about what you'd expect from Autograph or Beme, there are better stores out there for younger plus size ladies.
I ordered a dress over six weeks ago. I still don't have it, but I got an email that says the shipment day is Nov. 22, that will be eight weeks after order. There is absolutely no reason an order should take eight weeks to deliver.
I finally got the dress I ordered, and it is terrible quality. Hard to explain without a photo, but the seams don't match up in the front, (it's a printed material), so it looks like the skirt is falling off of the top, and the hem at the bottom is uneven, (which fortunately, is not as noticeable when on). I have read many reviews that say "order brands you know, and you'll be fine". I think a company should stand behind the products they sell, and the companies they support.
I have purchased numerous things from Zulily over the years. I have received broken items and shipments missing items without the company ever making it right. The final straw was receiving counterfeit Taverniti jeans. There is no customer service to this place. They do not care. How can a company sell counterfeit items and remain in business.
I ordered two boots from Ellie and pleaser companies. It took a week for them to ship it to Zulily and then Zulily shipped my order - in 4 days it was here. I was worried itd take forever and im about to move away in a week so Im glad they were fast and I know well I spent 39 bux for two boots that would have cost me 110 bux on ebay or amazon.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
