Everything I have purchased from Zulily is wonderful! The longer shipping is all part of the business,,, Love All of it! I Hope it moves into Canada! Get many many compliments on the clothing I wear and the Home décor is very unique!

Customer Service

Ordered 3 things on Nov 17th and still have not even shipped! Contacted Customer service (Still have all the emails) which all three told me different information, and still did not answer my question. Third response by, "Talita C. (zulily) " actually stated, " No Biggie Though" after she stated she's sorry I won't get my Christmas presents on time! Are you kidding me! So now not only do I not have my answer but I still will not get my presents on time! What is really going on! Don't waste your time!

Christmas Gift

I ordered glass containers that you could put things like flowers in and one and a half months later I was told the order was cancelled. There went a Christmas gift and was told my money was credited to my account. Smh

I love zulily's products and their customer service representatives are the tops. My only issue is the packing. I have received several shipments where there has been damage to the products. Mostly this has been mugs which were not packed correctly. Another item was a lighted canvas that was improperly padded and the back and wires were damaged. Unlike some of the others though I received immediate help for my problems and a satisfactory adjustment to my account. I wish I were treated as well by other companies when I have a problem.

I have purchased several rimes from Zulily but every time i have the same disappointment, the items arw very low quality and you can't return rhwm, which males even harder to purchase from them. I don't think i will ever purchase drom thwm again.

I ordered a comforter from zulily. It was very poor quality. The return policy said if you weren't happy with the item for any reason they would make it right. We'll making it right was refunding me 10 percent which I have not received and telling me to donate the comforter to charity! Will never order from them again!

Fradulent advertising

The items I ordered were in a Section called flea-market-to-farmhouse which made me think they were older rusted tin buckets. They advertised as rusty oval bucket and set of two rusty buckets. The small ones are painted like they are rusted and obviously look like crap and the large one is rusty by some type of chemical (?) and looks like crap. I can't believe I wasted $42.93 plus it took them forever to mail. One of these came from Kraft Klub, Inc (Made in China) and I'm sure the other was from some type of craft shop. I would have rather gone to an antique shop with my $42.93 and got real authentic rusty containers for that price. Before you shop with this company please pull up reviews and read all the negative reviews. I wish I had done that before I ordered. Somebody needs to shut this place down as they are not honest and/or be forced to return people's money when they are dissatisfied. Maybe all dissatisfied customers should write to the Attorney General's Office for fraudulent advertising and hopefully shut them down.

Great stuff

I have ordered from zulily many times and have never been unsatisfed. I have only had one item that was out of stock other than that I received everything within a reasonable time. I get all kinds of compliments on the items when I wear them. Guess like any other company or store you can't please everyone.

I order lots from this company. Mainly for gifts for my granddaughter. Two items I ordered for presents were supposedly delivered to me by the great USPS on Saturday. Today (Monday) I printed out the tracking information, called the post office and told them that although it says it was delivered, it was not. After an hour, the USPS figured out, according to something in their computer, that it was delivered to a house one street over from mine. USPS suggested I go ask those people for MY package. I did and they "knew nothing about it". So I'm sure I'll see kids wearing those two outfits after Christmas on the next street over. The Post Office suggested I call Zulily and tell them that although the tracking says I got it, I did not and tell them they can call the Post Office and they will confirm that. I sent out an email explaining what happened to Zulily and within five minutes I got an email back and they gave me a full refund, with shipping, plus an additional $15 credit for future shopping and they apologized that I would not have those items for my granddaughter for Christmas. They said they set up an alert that when those items were available for sale again, I would get an alert email telling me so I could order them again. They didn't do anything wrong, the Post Office did, yet they handled it with fantastic customer service. I will continue to shop with them! Thank you Zulily!

Sizes are not true

I bought my granddaughter several items off this site. One pair of shoes ran way too small, and a princess dress-up dress that was sized 2T could easily fit a 5-6 year old. Very disappointed. I've contacted their service department and haven't heard back. I won't order from this site again.

I've been a zulily customer for 4 years now. I have gotten some very cute, unique clothing for my 4 children. However, sizing charts are of no use and the quality has gone seriously down hill. The items I buy I often see later in Marshalls or TJ Maxx at better prices. Google the item first because you can usually find it cheaper elsewhere.

I like the variety of items on Zulily and they are usually less expensive than buying from other sites, that said - you have to use your best judgement when buying from them. Clothing & shoes I usually stick to brands I know, home decor has mostly been a miss for me. I bought a picture once and when I received it, it looked like it had been copied from a copy machine, I bought a mirror once which arrived broken and after contacting them they gave me store credit. I have had good luck buying perfume, hair and body products, toys and items from brands I know (Northface, UA, Keen) shipping DOES take FOREVER but I know that so I do not buy anything I would want right away.

Zulily is awesome!

I love Zulily! I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Yes, shipping takes a while and the sizing is often off, but the prices are awesome. I've learned to either order bigger sizes or don't buy clothes from them. All of the shoes and home decor items have bought have been excellent though! You can also get name brand toys or clothing (where you might know what size you wear) at discounted prices. I'll definitely continue to buy from Zulily!

Six weeks had passed and my item had not arrived yet. Then I received an email explaining that there was a further delay and I could cancel my order because of the delay. I cancelled my order and the two emails from customer service regarding my inquiries had spelling and grammatical errors. I'm not sure who is running this ship but I'm never going on board again.

Takes too long. Can hardly even remember what I ordered. If clothing you could have moved up or down a size by the the merch arrives. Will not be tempted again. Really am not sure what the selling proposition is with this reseller. Price? Not, worth the wait. Doubtful they will be around much longer.

What a joke

So, four orders and eight items later I can honestly say that I will never order from zulily again. They sell cheap $#*! from China along with name brands, that are probably discontinuing their products anyway, hence the price drop. No returns, no refunds, it took some of my orders one month to be delivered, despite the "1-2 day shipping" on their site. All of the items are very poor quality and I would have never kept any of them if I could. No possibility of reviewing on zulily directly, so I hope that people would look for reviews here first and not be fooled by this deceiving company.

Poor quality

I purchased a pair of Naturalizer shoes thinking they'd be comfortable. Took forever to arrive, super uncomfortable and come to find out NO RETURNS! Who doesn't have free returns these days?! It was my first purchase on this site and I will never purchase again. To give them credit-I emailed my concern and they did allow a return this time although it's completely in store credit so now I have to purchase something again just to use up my money. Plus I thought this company was located in Seattle, my return is being sent to Nevada. I wouldn't order from here again.

Terrible. Never again. It's been a month since I placed my order for 1 shirt and it's still not here. They said it was shipped via FedEx 9 days ago. When I tracked it I saw that it spent 3 days in a Utah. Now it's hanging out in Wisconsin. It was supposed to be here today but apparently it's having too much fun in Wisconsin because they changed the date to Friday.
