This is not the site if you are ordering for a special occasion or if you need your items within the normal two week shipping time. I ordered six tunics the first week of November and as of now I have received one, three weeks after the order I received an e-mail that two were not available and I guess the others are in La-La land!'
I ordered a shirt and it came and was just a little different from the picture, they refunded my money PLUS gave me a $10 credit AND let me keep the shirt that was sent! AWESOME Customer Service!

Dont bother with this company. Ordered on Nov 17. Tracking said OnTrac ( who the hell are they?) Delivered to my house on Dec 7. Nope! If they did it wasnt MY house. Was on hold for 2 hours with that company to find out about my order and finally gave up with out speaking to a person. Sent an email 0 response. Emailed zulily and got a response that they refunded my money minus the shipping. What the F***. So I got to pay shipping for something I never got. What a joke. DO NOT shop on this site. U will be very disappointed. This was my first and last time. No repeat business from me!
After ordering and receiving 2 prs of boots which were very nice and a good price, I began getting emails indicating that I had bought several expensive items and they were charged to my credit card. 12 items in the course of an hour. When Zulily's office opened in the morning I called and closed my account and reported the fraudulent purchases. Customer service was accommodating and we will see how fast these charges are reversed (they said 3-5 days) I won't be ordering from them again because I don't need the worry and hassle of an insecure site or incompetent record keeping. Too bad because I would have shopped them.
I have placed three orders with Zulily all between three and four weeks ago. As of today, I have received only two items. The total number of items that I purchased was 12. I will be lucky to receive everything in time for Christmas. In addition, the quality of the two items that I have received was disappointing. As soon as I receive everything, assuming that I will, I am never ordering from this company again. I don't know how they stay in business. Believe me, I have told my friends not to bother.

I have been a Zulily customer for almost 4 years already and I can say, that they do not have reviews for their products on their website for a reason. Most of the time the size charts are absolutely misleading, and the combination with the "no returns" policy makes it a total lottery to buy clothes from them. The pictures are awesome (more photos would help for sure), but the colors are not always reflecting the actual colors of the product. I bought an orange shirt for my son, which turned out to be pink? The quality is not very good as well.
For all this time though I learned which are the brands worth buying - Fashion One, Aster, Vitamins Baby and a few more and I am buying only when these products are on sale. Most of the toys are pretty cheap, terrible quality, but if you stick to Alex, Step 2, Disney and other popular brands you will be fine. Look for prices elsewhere before you buy though, very often you can find the same products much cheaper in Kohl's, Walmart, Target or even ToysRUs.
So overall I like zulily, but I would recommend more pictures, more accurate sizing and probably product reviews by real customers.
Who knew FedEx had a Pony Express route available anymore? When the products do arrive I have forgotten what I have ordered. I have to stop shopping on this site... someone please stop me!
Offer placed nov 17th not an xmas present. Clothing for my husband to wear to work. Shipping was suppose to happen on Nov 25th. Only stays I get is will arrive by xmas. Who cares. By the time I get these it will be spring and he won't need them.
So first about a year ago, I made a large order of girls shoes, most of which were poor quality. I thought I would try them again and ordered some women's clothing looking for unique pieces, but I think I would have done better going to a flea market-thin material which does not look like it hold up more than a couple of wears/washes. The only item that appears adequate is a vera bradley puse ordered, but i could have gotten it for the same price on their website, so definitely done with site. Poor quality goods, particularly the new or unknown brands.
Don't usually post reviews but. I ordered two items from Zulily. Both items came and did not at all match the picture online. The boots were a totally a different color and the items appeared VERY cheaply made. Because the company knew it was wrong, they refunded my items. Only giving me store credit- why would I want to do business with this site again? Very upset... Would not recommend using Zulily.
I've ordered from this company several times this Christmas season (like eight times) and have gotten all orders when promised. They've been just as advertised and each invoice was easily tracked. Their prices can be much lower than other stores such as Kohl's, Sears and even Target. Love their selection and customer service!
I ordered 2 items a month ago, and still have not received them. I only requested standard delivery, but when I do that with Amazon or anyone else that I order online from, it doesn't take a month to get my shipment to me. I will never order from Zulily again because of the delivery, and hopefully at some point I will get my shipment in the mail.
While shipping may take a while, which is true, I had a great experience when a product was faulty. They respond to emails instantaneously, and resolved the issue asap. Very impressed.
My wife ordered 3 items (jeans, shirt, and cardigan) for our daughter. Yes, 2 of them took a while to get to us, but we knew that was a possibility. When we got the items, we liked the shirt and loved the jeans. The cardigan was very nice, it however, was the wrong size (we ordered a 5/6 and got a 6X). I messaged them via my wife's FB account with the issue. They responded right away. They also reordered the item immediately and told us to keep/donate the original one ($30 value... granted we got it on sale)! I've never been this happy with the customer support from any other retailer! We definitely would recommend Zulily!
Clothing items are very cheap. The poorest quality. Zulily provided the worst on-line shopping experience ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. I WAITED FOUR (4) WEEKS FOR MY CLOTHING ITEMS. Only to discover, I could have purchased these items at the $10 store. Zulily has taught me to always read the reviews before purchasing on-line. One (1) Star is an over statement.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
