I have been ordering from Zulily for last several years... very satisfied 90% of the time. On two occasions have had to contact costumer service and both times been impressed by the helpful and professional attitude of staff. My first call about three years ago was to return an item since I received the wrong size... easy process since it as definitely their error... sent item back and got reimbursed, no problem. Most recently this week, I received a jacket I had order for my son... to my surprise, the box had three jackets even though I paid for only one... I contacted costumer service to inform them of the error and make arrangements to either return or pay for the extra items. The answer-keep the extra jackets donate them or given them as gift, they would not accept payment since it was their error... what a concept, in a world so focused on money, profit, etc., it was refreshing to have such response. Kudos and many compliments to your Management Zulily!

First of all, Zulily may seems like a bargain but the suggested retail price is over inflated. If you can buy the same item for the same price at Target, it's not a steal. Secondly, the product descriptions are terrible. I have purchased 4 items from Zulily and none of them have matched the description. Luckiy I've spent a grand total of around $75, so I'm not out a lot of money. Lastly, Zulily doesn't have a way to rate products and items cannot be returned. If it sounds to good to be true, you're probably getting ripped off.
I got another two orders and as always the are awesome I have never not felt that l was getting poor quality I love beautiful clothes and that is what I've been getting I don't understand your reviews tha gulity is there you will never get these cloths at the price that you get here l guess you can not please every One all the time. In your pop-up ads, I see beautiful dresses and blouses that I would love to purchase. When I go to the web site store, those items are NEVER there. I could just cry I am so disappointed.
I have ordered from this company a few times now and I can't say enough good things about them! Their shipping is prompt. Their products are what they say they are and they actually fit! The products are also quality products!

There has never been an issue that Zulily customer service has not ultimately resolved. Sometimes I get less helpful Cust Service reps but I ask for one of the more helpful Cust Service reps I have had in the past by name. I love 90% of what I have purchased - things that were sized wrong they have credited my credit card - the few times I have been offered a Zulily credit I have responded that the mistake was not mine - their size chart was inaccurate - and ultimately my credit card has been refunded. The ONLY thing they have asked me to send back has been the Reborn Collection made for Zulily - and, ironically, they admit that Reborn runs big - I am not sure why they wouldn't create a more exact sizing chart since it is a product made solely for them. But I requested a prepaid return label, was told they don't do that, I re-emphasized that, as a customer, I did my due diligence and I found it very problematic that they felt it was ok to expect me to pay for return shipping. They sent me a prepaid return label. I have issues with returns a almost every local brick and mortar store - it is rarely a smooth process - especially at high end stores. So, I think Zulily is a great service, I don't buy expensive things from them - just fun, trendy stuff - and ultimately they have yet to disappoint me. For those crucifying Zulily, I would ask how much effort, if any, you invested into getting whatever issues resolved. They truly desire to provide good customer service, fun products.
I have bought adult women's clothing and children's clothing only to be disappointed in the craftmanship and the fabrics made to make the clothing. I will not buy clothing from Zulily again.

I received my order in the expected timeframe. Today I was reading my emails and to my surprise I found there was a fiasco about my order. My orders was delivered to the wrong address, so the person called Zullily and alerted them. Zullily sent me an email to notify, which I didn't read at the time. Also they ordered a replacement free of charge. After I received my order, they cancelled the replacement and to my surprise they gave me $15 store credit. All I can say is "WOW". I think I am a customer for life. It is not about the store credit, it is about the service. Thank you Zullily!

This was my second purchase from Zulilly and I was not satisfied with my full order, so I called customer service to find out how to go about returning one of the products I purchased. I Was connected to a representative, a young man and I told him which purchase I was not satisfied with. He said, "no problem, I refunded your purchase back to your card for that item and you can keep the package and donate it to any charity you like". Who does this? Know company I have ever shopped at. I will forever be a Zulilly customer.

I have ordered several items and have been more disappointed with each purchase. I ordered two necklaces that were not only cheaply made but arrived broken. The final straw was a bra I purchased that was not sewn but glued together. Really? Who glues a bra? It did not stand up to one washing before falling apart. Never Again!
I ordered a Steve Harvey bag (SH53) and the design was not as depicted... clearly no quality control to meet or exceed Marjorie's high standards, and that is unfortunate. They did issue a refund minus shipping until I complained. May donate the bag to those who help the homeless.
So far I'm impressed with the quality and selection of plus sized items I have received from Zulily. However, the varying delivery times are a pain and I've recently noticed that the vendors assume all plus sized women are tall. When I view blouses on the models they come to mid-thigh, however, when I receive the item I'm noticing its longer. So far it's been working because its winter and I can wear these blouses w/leggings and boots; but in the future the vendors should take this information into consideration.
I brought a couple of things from Zulily.com but wasn't impressed so asked them to close my account around the 2nd January, sent email to them. No problem they said will be closed in 48hrs, fine I thought. Checked after 3/4 days still not closed it! I've been sending them emails for past month asking them to close my account literally every week! WTF! What is wrong with the staff at Zulily? Are they on Jamaican time! I just want my bloody account closed!
I ordered a bunch of stuff before christmas, got it all venire christmas. In January I ordered a dress that ended up being to big. They told me to donate the dress and they will credit my account and give me 10.00 credit. That is awesome customer service! Some items are a lil slower but it's great sometimes I forget what I ordered and then I get a present in the mail!
First time customer, ordered two items on Zulily in late December. Received them both in late January. When I spoke to Customer Service, to get me off the phone, Jim offered me a promotion. Never heard from him about it again. When I finally received the packages, one of the items I ordered has a very strong disgusting smell. Per the return policy, I can't wash the item to see if the smell will come out and still return it if it doesn't.

I ordered Vibram FiveFingers Black & Gray KMD Sport LS Shoe in size 14 US and got size 12 US. When I asked for a refund they refused and said I had a credit for the amount if I sent the shoes back at my own expense.

Every single thing was so cheaply made and looked tacky. Things were not even sewn even! Some things were tiny... some had strings all over them... cheap material... what a bunch of junk! Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
