I have shopped on this site years! I've had one problem and it was fixed immediately. You are responsible for reading each vendors sizing so you have to pay attention. And everyone complaining about the return policy you should always read the return policies before you order something. If your concerned don't order it. I have over 100 orders and had problems with one. I will continue to shop their great deals.
I purchased a Chi. Curling iron for Christmas notified them within 30 days if doesn't heat up. They will do nothing because they start from day of purchase.

I placed an order on Dec 5th and received it Dec 23rd even though customer service told me when I called on the 22nd it would be delivered on Dec 29th. They informed me it was being shipped from overseas. Their website says it is still in "SHIPPED" status. Extremely frustrated, didn't know if I was going to receive the order as a gift before Christmas. Will never order from Zulily again!
Even when you buy something several weeks before a date needed and it has a guarantee will receive before Christmas for example...it is not.
What upsets me the most is how customer service dismisses my concerns to them when I reached out. I was not notified it was running late until I checked on the tracking.
Normally I have not had an issue that I needed to contact customer service, so I gave 3 stars...but when you have an issue do not expect to be heard by their customer service. Sure they answer you in a timely manner but like a robot dismissing any concern and giving excuses.

I've been shopping from Zulily for years. Hit and miss with quality. I've had to contact customer service a couple times for shirts that arrived with printing that bled. Shipping takes a long time. I placed an order on 11/24/22 and the items on there said they were guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. Received notification that these items finally shipped but they won't be here by Christmas. Emailed customer service and they apparently don't stand by the "guarantee to arrive by Christmas" - so why even advertise it? I'll pay more elsewhere that stands by what they say.

I purchased the Rosie short bootie and I can say the quality of the product is very poor. They have no arch support. After walking around in them shopping about 3 hrs. Zulily has some wonderful vendors with great clothing but on the other hand, they also have some cheap clothing for good prices. I ordered a couple of items more than a month ago, maybe 5 or 6 weeks. Not a damn thing has come to me yet and I am pissed off. It says one item made it to my post office more than 4 days ago, and yet they have nothing. What is going on here? I have purchased a ton of clothing over the years and this company is poor at sending out their product. I advise that if you want an item for the holidays, start shopping at least four months in advance. This is a nice company but their shipping out to customers really sucks.
So I ordered two chairs for my daughters for Christmas. Only one comes the other one they say they can't make I ordered them back in November didn't hear anything for quite a while until I inquired then they couldn't tell me why I was taking so long to ship that I only get one chair and ask for my other one is and they sent me a refund for the one chair but this was a Christmas gift so I'm very disappointed daughter. I went to the zulily site ordered a couple outfits. I had to pull up the size chart to see what would be the best fit, submitted the order. Once the order arrived I was so excited great deal then I see they are the wrong size. So I call to ask what is going on I ordered a size Medium which is listed as a 10/12 andnI received an 8/10...they basically say oh well that is the size I ordered even after I show screenshots of their sizes and size chart. I ask if I return the items can they send me the correct size as advertised 10/12 they say no...well okay then. So I just return sent it back on November 21st...here it is Dec 9th pretty much its night! I call them to ask what is going on with my return and refund status.she asks for my name and zip code. The lady states there is no return pending for me while I am looking at my pending return status on my account. I explain that is impossible. She finally finds the order and states 1 of the items was received and is being processed but they xant locate the other items I explain they were both mailed to me in one bag so that is how they were return. She explained I should have put them in separate things...I explain that their return instructions are pretty specific about using the same method they were shipped to you and returning them that way so I followed their instructions...now she sees them both and they are processing...ughhhh please
This company lies. They don't send items and then they provide fake tracking information to claim that it was delivered. This has happened multiple times to me and each time I have had to contact my bank to get refunded and stop future payments as I did not receive my items.

I used to like Zulily, but they have quickly become obsolete. First, orders take too long to arrive and I have even found myself waiting weeks for an item only to have the order later cancelled by Zulily. Payment options are limited even on their most expensive items. They always charge for shipping even when their competitors don't. It is hard to filter for needed items on their site, and the offerings are tiredly predictable. They run out of inventory on items too quickly. Processing returns is difficult and expensive. There are insufficient ratings on their items (I usually have to go to Amazon's site to see if the item can be found there and what the actual client ratings are). They aren't even really a savings or discount retailer either. Usually the items I find on Zulily are only $3-$5 less than what I can purchase on Amazon, and once you pay for shipping, etc…it ends up being the same price (only with Zulily I have to wait 3 + weeks to get the item, but Amazon will get it to me in two days). On Amazon or Walmart.com, I have the reassurance that I am getting a quality product because I am able to view thousands of product reviews. Zulily items generally do not have reviews and when they do, you might be lucky if there are even 10. Don't waste your time…use Amazon or Walmart.com.

I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it.
