It was a bit tricky to return to the main site after looking at my shopping cart. A direct link would be helpful.

It took some time for my order to arrive, but main problem is the fit. I'm hoping it won't be too difficult to do a return?

I ordered four 3xl sizes in tops, to make sure that they might fit as the sizing is confusing. 3 of the things will fit okay the fourth marked a 3xl is the size of a medium in American sizes. Not happy and had no way that I could contact them about this issue. So not going to make anymore purchases from this company.

It sucked. They're stuff is made so cheap. The shirt that looked cotton in their ad was flannel and the shoes were so plastic! Never again!

Loved the first shirt had to get another but the second was not so good

Two of the sweaters weren't what I expected they were thin it looked a lil thicker but the leggings are great I love them

Material us awful! A small can fit a small or large depending on what shirt they send. Website has a UK address, clothes come from California returns go to China. Bait and switch. Bought $119 in clothes wanted to return would cost $60 to China so donate I will do. DONT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH CLOTHES

I filled out return forms and was told that I would be notified within 48 hours, I have yet to receive a response.

I orderd a number of Christmas Gifts in November 2020. I checked with customer service to verify what the site indicated and that I would receive the gifts prior to December 25th. While the site indicated I would the customer service person said they couldn't really guarantee it and offered me a 20% discount to not cancel my order. I agreed. A year later I still have not received my discount. Additionally, I only received part of my order prior to Christmas and part of the order was not even shipped until after Christmas, over a month after I ordered it. When I received the first part of the order all of the sizes were ran small and the quality of garments was low, the fabric was very thin and did not match the quality shown in the pictures on the website. I contacted the company about returning the order and canceling the part of the order that was not shipped. I was told I should not bother to return the items because they had to be shipped to China to return them and it would be very expensive and that instead they would give me 25% off my order. Since I never received the first 20% off they told me I would credited I elected to return the items. I followed their instructions exactly and used their packing slip. It cost over $60 to ship the items back. Almost half of what I paid. Six months later my shipment was returned to me because the company rejected receipt of the return. The part of the order I cancelled was never cancelled even though online it showed I had cancelled those item and I was still charged for them. Do not to business with this company and if you do, know that you are stuck with what ever they choose to send you.

Shipping is way to high but love what I ordered couldn't afford it to many times

Zolucky is a total scam. I ordered over $120, and got jagged around for months. I wasted time with TWENTY-TWO emails! The order never came. They kept giving me fake tracking numbers, said they could only reimburse for ONE item ($17). LUCKILY, I payed with PayPal and filed a dispute and got ALL my money back. If I could give Zolucky a ZERO, I'd do it. They are based in China. I was NOT Zo-lucky to order from them. I have no photo to add, because I NEVER GOT THEIR MERCHANDISE!

My problem was resolved in a short amount of time. They were concerned about my order.

My dress order arrived very quickly and well packaged, the website also kept me informed of the delivery, highly recommended.

Cute Xmas and other tops. A fun shopping experience. The clothes were made of thinner material than it appeared. The lace on the edge of a top will not lay straight, kinda gathered.

FYI I do have screen shots of my chats with a rep from this company plus copies of all orders and emails to prove what I say is my experience in dealing with this crooked company. Reviews on their site of items are fake. Sizes all over the place NOT true to size Don t believe their size charts and extremely poor quality. I tried to leave a review on their official site of several items I ordered and received and found that I can't / not allowed to review any of the items therefore that leads me to believe that their reviews are fake. Now I see all the 5 star ratings for pretty much ALL their items Wished I would have noticed that before I ordered anything 3 items I received r too small 3 of the other items r too big and of extremely poor quality. To return anything they have made extremely difficult and very expensive. They offered me 15% "CASH"refund to NOT return the items which I found very strange. After realizing that s my only option I haggled them up to a 25% refund to my CC lol not "cash" so far I have received a about $9 for an order of about $127 I did some research and found out that this horrible company is a subsidiary of a much larger company CHIC ME and FASHION NOW is also subsidiaries as well as a few other online clothing sales companies all from China. This company is all about selling poor quality products knowingly lying to people by shoeing fake reviews and completely inaccurate size information about the products to scam their online suckers. Me being one of them

Great experience no problems. This is not my first order, so I already knew about the great service

Ordered 3 tops. None fit. They don't want you to return things. Gave me partial refund and I keep tops. I'd rather have returned them for full refund but they said it was very expensive to return with duty fees, etc.

Items look great. Can't wait to get them! Easy to shop
