If you are reading this and are thinking about shopping with Zolucky, DON"T DO IT. What they send you looks nothing like the pictures. Super low quality material. I wish I had looked them up before I order from them. Even after you try to reach back to them under 20 minutes of placing an order to cancel. They tell you that they are already processing your order and they can't do nothing for you. Yet your order doesn't arrive until over a month after. If you look at all their reviews, there are 100's of negative reviews. All stating the same thing "Don't throw away your money" You are going to be very unhappy with the merchandise they send you. Their excuse is that they're trying to better the quality. Big fat lie. Some of the items are not even worth buying. It should be illegal for this company to be doing business. They should be ashamed of themselves but in their mind is all about the money. I will never buy from them again. Any other company online that I buy from, I will make sure to look up their reviews. Stay away from buying from Zolucky.

This is maybe the second bad review I've ever given in my life. I ordered a pair of boots and a few other items from Zolucky and the size 9 boots that I received were size 41 (I've ordered size 9 on other sites and received size 40 that were significantly smaller. The boots and other items received were not even close to what was pictured and when I tried to return I was informed I was the one who ordered the wrong size and that I would need to jump through hoops with picture documentation of what I received as well as pay for the $13 return shipping charges.

Sucked me into buying another item because I got a pop up that said spend $14.98 more and get free shipping. That didn't happened! You charged me over $35 in shipping fees. Last purchase from me!
I absolutely love the Bohemian styles, especially the tunics, knit suites, jackets and beautiful scarves, The quality of the items I ordered, however, were a disappointment. Only one of the suits was well made, the other had no hemming; the tree of life ring was equivalent to what we used to get out of a gumball machine for a quarter when I was a child in the 70s. The hats were a stiff material that did not have the bagginess as they appear in the pictures. I have no intention to return anything because, frankly, I consider the quality in accordance to what I spent for them. These styles are beautiful but these very low prices couldn't possibly cover the cost of quality fabrics. I feel forgiving in that matter.

I loved the items displayed on the website, however the quality and fit of the items were NOT as pictured!. Most items came in a print-on satin type finish rather than a woven cotton or tweed, as pictured and described. I had to order 2 sizes larger, then the sleeves hung off shoulders, or neckline too short or long. NOT made to USA measurements. No point in returning... to CHINA!, even though company address was in California as a shipping front. NOT IMPRESSED.
This company has a return policy which states that the customer must pay return charges. This is not unreasonable however what they don't tell you is that when you return an item it has to be sent directly to China and not from the US site or state that it was originally sent to you from. There are international charges to mail directly to China and The cost of this is outrageous. Most of the time you will be left with taking their offer of a 15% refund to your account if you choose to keep the items. If you push back they will eventually get to a 40% refund to your account and let you keep the products. This is because they know that it cost about 60% of what you pay to send it back to China. Also there are multiple steps in getting to the point of a return authorization label to get it back to China. I had four emails back-and-forth asking for information and it was extremely cumbersome via email to finally get the return authorization label. It was only at that point that they told me that it had to go directly back to China and that I had to pay international fees and customs fees. This is totally unfair to the American consumer and definitely a scam because they do not say anything about this in their return policy.

Good quality. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online, they arrived in 2 to 3 weeks or so. I was very happy with the purchase considering that buying shoes like this in a mall would cost more than 100 each

Excellent client service. After receiving two dresses that I had ordered for my birthday, I was really happy because my skin did not react to them as it does with other fabrics. This online boutique was truly wonderful, and its quality along with empathy and kindness were greatly appreciated.
I ordered a sweater, a ring, and a pair of pajama pants for my husband. The sweater was okay, but did not look like the picture. The ring I received was not like the picture at all, and the pajama pants would only fit a child under 10. I was really disappointed as these were all Christmas gifts. Additionally, the items did not arrive until two weeks after Christmas. Will not order from this site again.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

The order was made on Dec 5 and we shipped two parcels separately on Dec 8. One took 15 days to arrive and the other 25 days.
For our norml delivery:
Delivery time = processing time + shipping time
Order Processing: 3-5 Business Days.
Postal Service: 10-15 Business Days.
As for the cancellation issue, we can only cancel orders before they are shipped. If the parcels are sent out and on the way, sorry that we cannot stop it.
