I received my legging though I'm not at all happy with my leggings. One pair fit my 8yr old granddaughter they say 2xl. They're not. One pair has one leg shorter than the other the other 2 I'll be lucky to even wear. Not a happy customer

Very easy to place order
Love the prices and unique funds that I can't get at any local boutique.
ZOLUCKY does have a nice selection of items and many cute cat themed items. With good prices. Sadly this is a Chinese company and that's why the prices are so low. I inow that many workers are overworked and underpaid and I cannot be a part of that...
I found out that funds are transferred Internationally when my bank would not authorize my purchase. The company is a Chinese company and I would have to authorize a transfer of my funds internationally. I was not comfortable with that considering how how many scammers there are from foreign countries.
I decided to order several items through zolucky for the first time at the end of December 2021. Since this was my first time ordering from this company I read through their return policy closely. Since it said they offer fast easy returns with money back within one week, I felt comfortable placing my order. When my order arrived, the size 8 shoes I ordered for my mother were too short for my size 7 foot. One sweater that I ordered wasn't a sweater at all. It was cheep polyester fabric. The pants on the too piece lounge outfit were way too tight, and I checked the sizing guide very closely. In addition, I was sent and charged for a second tunic top when I only ordered one.
The day after receiving my items, I contacted the seller asking to exchange the two piece lounge out for a different size and return other items. I was told they did not offer exchanges, and then offered a 15% refund since all returns had to be mailed to China at the buyers expense. I stress that the items were shipped from NY, that the label says they have a return warehouse in NY, and pointed out what their return policy says. They continued to say returns had to be sent back to China, and then they offered me 40% refund. What a scam. It would have cost me $77.25 to male the items to China. Honestly, the clothes are such poor quality, I couldn't even sell them online.

Second time shopping great prices and neat clothes the customer service is great however the material of some of the items is very thin and not of good quality.
Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
