Ordering was easy. The product arrived as expected however it was not at all the quality that the phone suggested it would be. It is still a cute top but not at all what I expected.

I don't like when you look at an item it doesn't take you back to where you were. It's takes you back to the beginning and you have to scroll all the way through to find where you left off. What a pain in the butt.
Loved how the items looked and was excited to receive them but was disappointed in all of the items. Unfortunately i expected to love them so much i did not save the tags etc as required and cannot return them. Hopefully I can find someone to pass them on to. Very sad.
Return policy sucks! Must get "approval' within specific time limits and THEN informed it goes to CHINA and will take time. Offer 15% cash refund. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN AND TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS..
It's been over 6 weeks, no order, the one piece they did send wasn't even close to description, sewed all wrong, couldn't return due to complet order not received. Now the tell me I might be able to track mt order after 3/3/2022. I was wad promised a 35 percent refund.

Although I did not have a major issue, I did spend unnecessary time trying to figure out how to increase the quantity of some items. Later, I realized that this opportunity was available within my cart and not where the items were actually shown. Also, I was disappointed in each of the clothing items delivered. Nothing was lined and will require me to wear a full slip, so I will see how that works. However, the long "blue" dress I received was not only very thin, and not lined, it was poorly made and fits like an overly large moo moo! I plan to return it very soon

On your website it looks like the item is a sweater material. What I received was a flat cotton with a pattern. Doesn't look like the top on your website.
Zolucky has changed a lot of their styles to aim to a younger generation. Fun styles! Great prices! Just be sure to double-check the sizes. What U.S. size medium would fit me well, the Asian size with quite large and long. And double-check the fiber content. What I thought was a cotton blend, turned out to be a polyester knit.
Very unhappy! Will never order anything from Zolucky again! Tops were way too big & they said cost a lot for me to return them Offered me 25% and I refused. I spent $40 & they were willing to return $10 to me. That is not acceptable!

I have now ordered two times from this site. The clothes looked cute online. The first order came weeks late and the quality of the items is terrible. I gave it one more try. I ordered items for valentines day two weeks ago. The items have not arrived. They have not even been shipped. I know they give bargain prices, but I guess the old adage, 'you get what you pay for' is true in this case. Never again.
