It is a good store with good customer service. I loved the dress, mistakes can happen in everything, unfortunately, the seam of the dress on one side has loose threads and it was not finished correctly, so I had to return the garment, the whole change process was done without problems and quickly.

Terrible search filters/function. Hard to find things, and actual products are lower quality than expected

It took me several tries to complete this order. Every time I went to my cart it had items in it that I did not put there. I unchecked them, when I came back to the cart they were in there again. Very time consuming and not user friendly.

I love the comfortable styles available here. And it is so easy to pick, check, and ring out. =)

Better description of the material if the clothing. Material was not what I expected. Need pictures of the back of the clothes. And maybe some bigger models to model clothing.

Easy shopping, great prices, nice stuff but shipping is really slow in comparison to other sights.

I had to fiddle around quite a bit to get the app to recognize that I wanted a black and a rust version of the same sweater. Instead, it kept taking me to other pages. I did get it to work, but it took perseverance which I expect many don't want to have to use.
These were advertised as sweaters, but are actually t-shirts. Good for the price, but not what advertising led me to expect.

Ordered several things. The one item I ordered in Large, came in as small, even extra small. Very disappointing. Another piece was too large so I gave it to my sister. So... then I got an email saying that it would be more trouble to send the small item back to CHINA, so would I take 15% of the price paid... 3.54? Not really happy. Won't be ordering from them again.

I bought a jacket online here and was very impressed with the service. I got so many compliments that it was great to be able to go to the website a few days later to buy another one. I would definitely use this website again.

I have always been to this online store when I need a dress asap. They always seem to make the impossible possible. Either to buy a dress or also to add parts and pieces to make my dress a show.

I liked the item, but it was too small, so I returned it. I have since ordered a larger size of the same item.
