It took s long time to receive my order and only received one of two tops that i ordered.
How about free exchanges on first orders if the problem is size/fit. Not sure how your clothing runs on that. Some are a bit small and others large. With you using stick figured models it hard to tell how things will look on a size L or XL, let alone fit. So this is my trial order. You need to add some models around the 160-200# range. Like it or not, America has an over weight population. Not that I'm not working on my weight but I have a long way to go to look as trim as your models. Update as predicted 1 shirt was too big and the other was not as loose as it appeared in the picture on line (but it will do) and the material was silky which was not how it looked in the picture. The dress was perfect - long story short - I'm going to JC Penny's where I can see what I'm getting. If you have a physical store on the east coast please provide an address. My girls and I could make a weekend of it.
I love 3 of the dresses I bought, however, 1 dress and a top are way too big. You have to be very careful to check the material they're made of and how the model is wearing the item. I. e., picture showed model with a short sleeve t-shirt but she had just scrunched up the sleeves--it was really a long-sleeve t-shirt! And lots of times, the model tucks in the front of the shirt, so it looks like it has an interesting hem cut instead of just straight across!
Was a little confused with sizing and which promo code to use--there were so many!

Some people have said Zolucky is a scam but this is one site that I have never had a problem with. Some things come from China and may take a bit longer but most of the items get her in about 2 weeks.
Difficult to tell when you get free shipping. Prices can change on items from the time they are in your cart to the time you go to pay, causing you to have to pay a shipping fee.

I wrote an email to customer service and still have not heard anything. My question is in regards to the picture on the Website ~ it shows a gauzy, long "jacket" that I would like. I can't find it anywhere on your Website. I want to wear this dress and the gauzy jacket on May 2nd.

The dress I ordered had a manufacturer defect. The sleeves were not hemmed. Just rough cut. Looked terrible. And the dress was at least 12 inches too long. Even a 6 ft tall woman would have to cut lots off. I could not get a total refund - the cost to mail back to China was more than the dress was worth.

The dresses looked nothing like what I saw on line. The fabric is not what I expected either. I was not happy with what I got
Many online clothes are actually smaller than I expect. So I ordered large thinking this store would be the same. Unfortunately, for me, when Zolucky says large they mean large. My items weren't so big that I wouldn't wear them but they were bigger than I usually wear.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
