No problems. I wish the sizing was easier to understand. I guessed at my size as I like my tops loose. I would have liked to order some dresses but did not trust my guess. It took much longer then I thought it
Would to receive items. I was in no hurry, but if it had been a gift, I would be very upset.
Ordered from Zolucky. The dresses just didn't look good on me. When tried to return, told their return center is in China and I could accept 15%. The return form doesn't mention this. The form ask for order information and says you will get authorization by email. The real return information is buried and almost impossible to find. Working with PayPal to hopefully get all of my $105 back. If you order from them you better like it. Oh and the return address on the package is Jamaica, NY. H

Easy to shop and pick my size! Reasonable shipping too. Shoes had awful plastic smell though, put in my garage to off gas the smells
I got lots of compliments on the clothes I have been buying. They are fun and fit well.
I bought a dress that was beautiful in the picture, but when I got it, the fabric was the same design and color as the picture, but the dress was very thin (see through) and super clingy (more like a night gown). It looked too horrible on me, so I decided to send it back. The shipping label they sent me was in China, but when I got to UPS, they said they are not shipping anything to China right now and even if they did it would cost at least $100. I asked Zolucky for an address in the US and was told their only return center was in China (even though the return address on the shipment to me was New Jersey) - so I can't return it

I LOVE YOUR CLOTHES I JUST HATE IT TAKES SO LONG TO GET THEM. I AM ALWAYS AFRAID OF THEM BEING TO LARGE OR TO SMALL SINCE THE SIZE VARIES.
Difficult to change sizes; difficult to return to shopping after viewing cart (to check on size); my order is over $60.00 and now I don't see the line from before about free shipping over $60.00 - I was definitely charged for shipping; I don't see your return policy. The return policy is very important and should be front and center. My order is an experiment to see if your products measure up to pictures. Sending back three of four tops because of fabric and fit issues. Still waiting for mailing label and I get this survey. I would athe4 do the survey after I have finished my transaction so I see if I get my purchases credited.

I ordered a size 2X which I have been wearing. I could barely get either of the 2 items I ordered on. Charging $17 for shipping was excessive in my opinion. It took more than 3 weeks to get it. My 1st time ordering and probably my last!
Subtotal did not match the total amount for each item because it does not consider the flash sale. Discounts were applied and customer service clarified for me.
Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
