The shopping was fine, except the clothes didn't show view from back or whole thing sometimes.
Quality of the dresses was not the best. I ordered the tips in Size S and was sent M tried yo exchange it but was denied that option. Too complicated to return.

Nothing fit and didn't seem to fit right with my body shape.
Loved the Merchandise, I would most definitely shop at this website once again love the colors the patterns and sizes.
I purchase plenty of clothing online, this the worst experience by far! Ordered March 24, received part order April 14 and completed order April 27,2022. Photos and descriptions on site do not represent what was delivered. Clothing fabric and plastic buttons are NOT as describe, very cheap looking. I followed the Size Chart on each item when ordered. Sizing was way off, I wear a XL for comfort. Making sure it would fit, I ordered an XL and even a couple of 2XL items. None of the items fit, too small and tight fitted. April 16, Contacted Live Chat about returning entire order but was told that Final Sale items could not be returned. Packages are unopened. Still was told could not return. I have never had a company not except unopened returns. Requested a Return Notification on all other items. It's April 28, Still waiting for a Return Notification for 4 items. By the way, your company took more than a month to fulfill my order, the 15 days you allow for returns doesn't show your customer appreciation. It's just BAD Business! I will DISPUTE this issue with my CREDIT company. NEVER AGAIN!

Site took too long to refresh. Also need to break down categories more, ie short and long sleeves, by frabrics.

I liked some of the women's tops I ordered but a few were a little disappointing - not as nice as they looked online.
Easy to find and looks great. But size isn't true at least they are made smaller.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
