I have no problem either shopping, selecting a print or style... just problem with getting all the information I need in the order, i. E., Size is correct and final payment going through. Well... it is now done and done!

I love all of the dresses and shoes that I bought but the bags are very thin and the shoulder strap on the one bag is way too short.

I thought I was ordering tshirts, but the fabric is a shiny knit. I wanted to return the order, not realizing it came from China, and it was going to cost almost as much as the order to return it. I will more than likely donate the items.

One top was not exactly what I expected but then again life is an adventure.

I bought seven pieces of clothing. I was very disappointed in what it look like when I got it compared to what it looked like on my iPhone. I wanted to return five pieces but found it was impossible to get through to anybody or anything.

The clothes as viewed online look really nice but the actual clothes are very cheap looking. The material is polyester-like and remind me of the 70's. The sizes are also way too big. I normally wear a small and the tops I got look more like a medium or even a large. I was really disappointed because the print patterns were really cute and the fit looked so flattering in the pictures. I'm bummed that I wasted money on shipping both ways.

So easy to navigate and checkout. I was a little disappointed I thought the shirt was embroidered but it wasnt. It was made out of different material that I thought it was as well. I do believe its my fault I didn't read the full description of the shirt. It is very pretty though.

The clothes run extremely big and are not the best quality or material. There return policy is bogus so don't be taken in by their site. Please read reviews on this company who advertises under two companies. Purchase from Shein if you want nice clothes. They ship free and you can return for free. Orders come quickly.

The clothing is way too big and not of very nice material. The shoes are supposed to be European size 43, but are at least 2 sizes smaller than that by my estimation. I appreciate the consideration of my request for 50% return of my payment and Beatrice, the agent was very helpful. I still would not recommend purchasing from this company if you value well made, appropriately sized garments and shoes. Since the products come from Hong Kong, returns are not logical due to cost. I recommend you shop elsewhere.

I ordered several dresses, hoping to wear one to my son-in-law's college graduation. It took the order over three weeks to get here, forcing to me buy a dress elsewhere. The quality of a couple of items was not what I was hoping for but the return shipping is not worth it so I just gave the items to good will. It is doubtful that I will order from this site again

Love the feminine style of your clothing. I purchased 3/items. Quality of material is really nice. But, my items do not fit properly. I have been trying to exchange for smaller/larger size, it has been difficult to do so. Please help.

Like the products had no problems ordering. They were delivered sooner than I expected.

The illustrations are excellent, but one cannot judge it until I receive the goods!
I guess I ordered the wrong size since one of the tops I ordered were very wide and large. Sleeves did not fit. However, they gave me a 15% credit, which helped since I had to hire a seamstress to alter the top. It cost a great deal more of course, almost as much as the top itself. However, the last casual top was a medium and was packed in. A L size bag. A mistake?, but it turns out that the medium fits me fine. The third top, I had to shorten the sleeve and top.

Can't wait to see my girlfriend in the items I purchased! Too many to choose from. Will definitely be coming back to purchase more!

It never arrives until several weeks later.
I placed order on May 16th and never received it until June 14th.
Way to slow turn around time.

One of the dresses is too large and the return procedure is unsatisfactory. The other dress doesn't seem like the one I thought I ordered. The one I ordered was supposed to be knew length but both (& I knew the too big one would be) go to the floor.

Return or exchanges are ridiculously difficult and costly. So I cannot, will not use your website again.
