Worst online purchasing experience of my life. After I was given the price, they added on sales tax, which we do not pay in my state and then another charge to process their out of country charge to my bank. The clothing is to me sub par, horrible material, does not breath at all, HIGHLY do not recommend, I will only be purchasing from honest, strait forward American companies from now on.
The items did not fit, even though I followed the fit chart. I tried to return, but was informed they go to China. This was not known when ordering, and according to many complaints I found, this happens a lot. I opted for the 15% cash refund (which is no different than stealing by Zolucky), but haven't received that either.
My overall experience has been great.
I wasn't expecting the quality that I received or the speedy delivery but I am more than happy and everything I received is quality and fits perfectly.

Delivery took a very long time but the two dresses finally arrived. The dresses fit nicely and are as pictured. However, the material of the dresses is more like a scarf material than a dress material. Not what I expected.
The cost of the items were good and I got a nice discount on my entire order.
I am happy to find purple selections of comfortable clothing for me.
Finally found something that was 100% cotton in a color I like.

The clothes are not what is pictured. They LOOK embroidered and are a simple printed fabric.
So far the shopping experience has been simply and painless. However the material was not what I expected.
It was not obvious that the product was coming directly from China to the customer; therefore, taking a longer time. The worst part was the return policy. Read it first before ordering. Not easy and can be costly.

I was not feeling well when I ordered and received yhis order and so it took some time - probably months until I unpacked it and tried everything on. Zolucky sizing does not match with sizes if other clothes I buy regularly. Everything was too small. By the time I learned that it was too late to return them. Sad outcome for me.

I received my order. The sizes were inconsistent. I ordered, and usually wear an extra-large, but the pants fit like a medium and the tops fit like 2Xs.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
