I gave a couple away.
I ordered several tops five, none fit and poor quality fabric. I put in for a refund and kept getting a run around. First time, told keep them and they offered 15% back but they didn't fit why would I do that, then I was offered 25%. They easily took my money, what a scam site. Never would I recommend.

No, this company has not replied to my email has not sent a refund which they said would be 2 weeks the most time to refund. If they would kindly send me a shipping label or even a correct address in which I have been trying to return for months! I mailed it back to the address they gave me it returned back on my front porch! The cost was $70 to ship to the wrong address?! At this point they said they would refund it back at 50% in which they haven't done anything and never contacted me in my email? Now they are saying Sitejabber email was never answered? Seriously how hard is it to return my money back on my PayPal they never intended refund my money! So, what excuse do they have now? Order HBIIE******* Now that's the order number to refund my money back let's see what excuse they have at this point?

The dress I got is nothing like the one in picture, to long and way to wide... no shape at all. Their "easy" return... the company in located in China! I have to pay for shipment and posible custom fees so they recommend instead of sending back, wrich will cost more then this dress itself, discount for your next purchase! Realy?

Ordering was easy and I revived it its a great amount of time.
Beautiful clothes but it was too small and it is too hard to return.
I was disappointed with the fact that it took four weeks to be delivered. I see you have sent two more of my dresses both separate and different dates. So for all 4 dresses ordered, 1 delivered in 4wks, 2 mailed out last week of May (2 different days of that week) 1 not mailed yet.
So basically I shouldn't order from your company unless I'm willing to wait 4-12 weeks.
Lots of cute dresses. I just hope the quality is good… I'm taking them on a trip.

I am eager to see the quality of the clothes because they are incredibly priced. However, I will return them if they are made in China. Any place else if fine.
I ordered the pair of tennis shoes larger than I normally would and they are still about 3 sizes too small. I can't even wear them but it will cost me too much to ship them back. I will never order shoes from this site again.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
