Not a good fit. Try to return they gave me 6. And change to a 101. Order. Stated they are in china. Address too far, to ship back for a full refund.

It took too long to receive the merchandise. The dresses are not same quality, nor the look that I saw on line. The dresses are very cheaply made.
I was very upset with a couple of the dresses. The Two dresses that I loved the look on line, was not the same look when I received them. They look so cheap I'll Never wear them.

I communicated with someone who got back to me 3 or 4 times and said to put change by my order--nope never worked. Not a good shopping experience. I liked the pants I received but the jacket was more like polyester and I did not really like it. Mittens were OK.

Had to pay close attention to sizing as often items were plus sizes but it wasn't clear in the description; some items were a bit more sheer than appeared in pictures (mostly white colored items) and description didn't warn of that; had to order a fairly large dollar amount to get free shipping; otherwise, TONS of fashionable and cute clothes with wide range of variety!
On the website some of the clothes weren't clearly marked as plus sizes unless you looked at the bust size for small and/or what the tag said in the descriptions.
The clothes didn't seem to be off the same high quality as depicted in the online ad. I was disappointed and chose to return them. The return policy is convoluted to put it mildly and due to the high shipping cost, rather than returning, zolucky rep offered me a small percentage cash back rather than full refund: this is what Kathy said in an email to me, word for word, (I copied/pasted it) on 5/28/22 -> "We will process the 25% refund to your original payment method in one week." I'd gladly change my review to 5 if & when this happens.

I like the fact that the site was easy to buy. I was happy with the quality.
The shirt I ordered was much larger than a normal medium and so is way too large for me the two expensive to send back. Also, I thought the material was cheesy and did not look like the photo at all. I did appreciate everything else about the ordering process, just not the product!

To receive a refund…You are required to pay the shipping costs to return the items to CHINA! Which is ANYTHING BUT, an easy return!

I just place a new order. There are a lot of items to choose from, but I am hesitant about ordering from these on-line companies. I could not get to the chat on-line to ask questions about potential returns. We will see how it goes...
I have had bad experiences with online retail companies and I have learned the hard way that not being aware is my fault, not theirs. I now look for signs that an online company cares about my protection and is not looking to steal from me or allow anyone else to do so. This company fails at step one, "https" signifies that the site "uses SSL or TLS to encrypt all communication between a client and a server and to ensure integrity and confidentiality of data between the user's computer and the site".
NOPE not Zolucky. I emailed to ask about this and here is the response
"We attach great importance to the protection of customer information. At present, in order to prevent customer information from being misappropriated, we will encrypt customer information and will not store or process it on our servers.

So, we are to trust their internal "encryption" and if (when) there is an issue we can email them. Sorry, not for me.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
