I don't know whats wrong with your website but I had three different orders, one with all my items, a second with only one and another that had none. Then the number of items kept going up as many as 20 items. Things just kept changing. It finally took me almost 2 hours to finally get it straight! And the first day I started my order I had issues with not being able to update items so I finally came back to it to fix it tonight. It's almost 1 am, my time! All I have to say is everything better be right. I keep swearing that I'm not going to order from these sites. The product better be quality and not junk. And the items better be true to size. Because going by my experience with this order process I am not too sure right now.
There are a lot of items to choose from, but I was hesitant about ordering from this on-line company. I could not get to the chat on-line to ask questions about potential returns. All the pictures they showed you looks beautiful but the quality of very very bad. Do not buy! The T-shirt I ordered was size m. The actually size was S. The shoes has glue and the end of a thread on surface. The size was not right too. I ordered a size 38 They sent me size 40.

I ordered several earring sets and also 3 cute necklaces I know my niece will just love! Also I ordered my husband a Long Sleeve Light Weight T-Shirt, with a saying on the front, which he loves! But I must say I was very disappointed with all of the blouses I ordered. They all looked so nice in the pictures and made me feel like I would sure look forward to my order arriving! But every single blouse is made out of very, well I'm not sure what word to use except cheap looking material. I did look up at each blouse to see what they were made of and also if they were machine was and wear, but I am afraid, although not a picky person, none of these are something I would even consider wearing. It just happen one of the companies I make donations to, to help the needy was making a pickup just several days after my order came in and I decided to make a donation of all of these to the "HOPE" collection people. I truly do hope they like them and get good use of them.

Long wait for the order to arrive, the sizing of the women's top are wrong. I ordered size small on some and they were huge in the shoulders and sides. One top I ordered was a medium and you could fit a moose in it. It was not worth sending it back as I would have to pay for the shipping. The stitching was irregular and cheap. The jewelry pictures with stones looked bigger in the picture and when the earrings arrived they were small and cheap looking. I will never order again from this company.

I love my new dress that I buy from Zolucky, the quality is excellent and it has easily become my new favorite. Customer service is exceptional too, I was allowed to use a promo code even though the discount had ended the day before. I would definitely use this web page again.
Easy to order, check out, and pay; however the merchandise was too small, the bottom of the dress dragged the floor so that I would trip on it, and most importantly, the print, color, and material were not as the picture in the ad, making it impossible to return to China!

I am so obsessed with this website! I can't think of a more stylish and addictive way to dress for events. I have bought 5 times and I can say that I have been really satisfied Now I am in love with a coat, They really make me feel very good.
The items did not fit, even though I followed the fit chart. I tried to return, but was informed they go to China. This was not known when ordering, and according to many complaints I found, this happens a lot. I opted for the 15% cash refund (which is no different than stealing by Zolucky), but haven't received that either.

The clothing looks nice online, however, when I ordered them, and received my items, the quality of the material was not what I expected. Also, the patterns were not the same as pictured. I wanted to make a return for a full refund, but the cost to ship the items back to China was astronomical so they offered me a 30% credit and keep the items that I do not want. Lesson learned and I will never order from Zolucky ever again.
I love this online clothing store! I love shopping here, there are styles that are gorgeous and I've been shopping for them for a while. If there is something that I am not satisfied with, they quickly reply to my email and resolve the issue :)

The clothes are cheaply made and way too small. If you even attempt to get a refund, they make it next to impossible to do. Plus, you have to pay the shipping back to China which costs more than the clothes. Customer service is a waste!

I just made my second purchase today and I am quite excited because my first package arrived in perfect condition and faster than I expected. The prices are great and I like that they have a great variety of clothes with the ease of ordering online!
I purchased 4 items from Zolucky. Two had to be returned because of the fit and poor quality of the materials. (I would have returned all 4 but the two I kept would work for one season.) The on-line return instructions included with the shipped order did not work. As soon as I clicked the "return" option on the on-line invoice, I was taken back to the log-in screen. This occurred 4 times.
The "chat" function and "talk to an agent" function did not prove to be any better. It took so long for Zolucky to respond, the chat kept timing out and the photos and my side of the chats would mysteriously disappear.
The only "lucky" with this company is them and Goodwill, certainly not the customer. What a rip off! Not a Xenophobe but did notice this company is out of China.
I won't be buying here again, am sharing my experience with family and friends. I hope you go elsewhere to purchase or have better "luck" than I did.

I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above.
