Very hard to get any customer service. Items take a very long time to arrive, most arrive in dribs and drabs. I am still waiting for some pieces. Very attractive items, but I won't order from them again.

I decided to give Zolucky the benefit of doubt because their pictures looked so amazing and they promised returns are welcome. What could I loose?, I asked myself. 85% is the answer. Much of the fabric was undesirable. The clothes were not made to match the size charts. There is no way to speak with them except chats. During both chats I was disconnected from the chat. Then hours later I got a copy of the chat that stopped conveniently where they wanted it to stop and accused me of not finishing the chat. Finally I agreed to a 15% credit for only the items not on sale. Just to test, one of the sale items was huge. I very careful measured myself and reordered two sizes lower than my supposed size on the size chart. It arrived and it's still much too large. I like it so much that I decided to use it as pajama top. The results of $250 order was $15 credit and a pajama top.
Being an office lady can be really boring, but brides like me can only take this as another fashion opportunity. I can buy and try on work clothes from this online boutique and I love their office look.
Buyer beware. If you have a problem with this company you will not receive a full refund as you were told! Stay away from this company. There are many other companies out there that provide better customer service!

Some of their products are good quality and some of it is not. The main problem is you really can't return anything because the shipping charges are so high and they than charge you a restocking charge. Also the delivery is very very slow. So if you don't have time to wait don't even bother ordering from them.
I received two of four tops after a long wait. I liked the tops and they fit well. Last week I received another that is a present and it looks good. But still waiting for the main shirt I wanted for Halloween! Not sure I will order again :/
I bought a simple shirt on this website, the quality was just what you would expect from any good shirt. Comfortable, soft and itch-free. I am usually a size S on shirts and this fits me like size M shirts usually fit me. Even then it is a bit larger so I think it could fit various sizes.
Since I found this website, I was a bit skeptical. Either way, the first time I shopped, they gave me a tank top and a pair of sweaters and they fit me really well! So, I decided to buy more a few weeks later, for myself and my daughter.
Zolucky's return site is China, if something does not fit you must pay return postage with tracking, probably over $60. The tops I purchased were only remotely like the picture. I would never have purchased them if the picture was accurate.

I have made several purchases with Zolucky, and have been generally satisfied with my purchases. My last purchase I ordered a pair of sandals, and the third time I wore them, within a couple of weeks of receiving them, one of the bands broke. I took a picture and have sent 3 emails to them, and have received no response at all. Apparently once they have your money, they are done with you! So never again will I order from them!
