Your website is a problem. When viewing products the whole cycle starts all over again instead of bringing you back where you started.

Took time to get all items which came in different deliveries

Have received something I didn't order and have not received the top I did purchase.
Took a bit for this be delivered.
I had ordered an outdoor jacket in size XL, and a long-sleeved top. When the order arrived it was obvious that the jacket was way too small for me to even try on. The label said XL, but it looks like a medium. In addition, the top was nowhere near as attractive as it had looked on the online picture. I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above.
