I bought some clothes through them which took a very long time to get come to find out they sent different items to what I ordered. The clothes were of poor poor quality and it was a big deal to try to go through my credit card to dispute it. You will be sorry if you try to order through them and may not get as lucky trying to resolve it. It's not worth the aggravation.The pictures look far better than what they are.
They lie about their return policy. They say, "you pay return shipping" and then turn around and say, "you pay return shipping, customs and any discount we apply. Best if you take a 15% credit from us." I received a damaged, heavily stained sweatshirt and a pair of pants with no hem. They say, "Well, some loose threads are normal. If normal in their opinion is NO hem and POOR quality, you don't want to shop here.

Photo of some items deceiving. Fabric is not quality. Item shipped from USA but you have to return it to China where the shipping will cost more than what item cost. This should be reported. They try to force you to keep their product by offering you a percentage of your money back to keep the merchandise. China's measurement is different from US, items tend to run smaller than US sizes.

I am so happy I decided to buy this beautiful online clothing site. I was really skeptical as I had never bought from this website before and the reviews were mixed. When my dress arrived, I was not disappointed! The dress took forever to ship, but they did a great job responding to my emails and updating me on the status of my dress. I was disappointed in the high polyester content of the items I bought. I suspect you purposely are vague about fabric content. It's very hard to find all cotton clothing, or at least primarily cotton content. I will not purchase from you again, or any online site unless I can be sure it is a natural fabric.

The picture of the shirt I ordered looked like a high quality shirt. What I received in the mail is a long sleeve, very lightweight T-shirt. The shirt cost $21. (Marked as a discount) The shipping was $13. This is a rip-off. I am left with a choice to return the shirt which would cost me another $13. Of just eat the $34. I spent.

This is a terrible, deceitful company. They used catalogue photographs from other sites (Peruvian and Sundance) but the items are nothing like advertised. The customer service run circles around you and refuse to help. Unless you are prepared to accept 20% of the original price minus shipping. Just know what you see is not what you will get and the quality is terrible. AVOID!

I imagine this was shipped from China. I will never again purchase anything from overseas. It has been my experience that it is impossible to return items because the shipping is so expensive, and then I have been offered a 20% refund for a product that doesn't fit. It's a complete waste of time and money. To my utter shock, the sneakers do fit.

Many things out of stock, understandably. You say you will notify me when available. This is my first order. I hope I am pleased.
Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.
I received several codes for discounts. But when i tried to use them it said they would not apply. I sent several emails to service and didn't always get really good info. In searching for items it was hard to tell what was a flash sale or other reasons the discount would not work

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
