The items you see on the website are NOT what was sent to my home. They are not knitted at all but printed. I ordered a long sweater coat with knitted detail and was sent this printed flat robe looking item.
Exactly as on the web, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is that when placing an order to my house the shipment has taken longer than I expected, because I live a little far.
Many items had no review and others looked phony. How many times does the entire population use the word pleasant to describe the fit color or feel of a clothing item? Not nearly as often as the 4 different reviews I saw. Many of the items had limited photo views and NO reviews. I am hoping that when my order comes, it isn't junk like half of the items I ordered from Zulily recently.

Lots of cute things at reasonable prices. A few problems navigating, but nothing serious. Some quality issues (tiny piece of decoration missing on shoe, thin fabric on the long sleeve T-shirt), but again, nothing worth making a return over.

Borderline scam. Cheap knockoffs, poor quality false advertising throughout their site. They are using other stores photos in there site. The pictures do not match what you actually get. What you actually get is a very cheap flimsy poorly sized knock off. They do not offer "30 days easy return". If you click on that you get nothing. Return costs and fees are up to the customer. Even though the product is not what they advertised.

I love almost everything on this website. I look forward to the sales of the latest collections to be able to pay for these various sexy pants and dresses. Very good customer service, the website was quick to send me my last order even in pandemic.
Ordered a $20 dollar shirt, it was too small. They don't do exchanges, only refunds. You have to pay for return shipping to China yourself. Shipping cost was $27.75, needless to say I kept the shirt. They offered 25% off, to keep shirt. What a Joke! I found same shirt on Amazon, less money and received on two days. I should have looked there first.

I ordered the pair of tennis shoes larger than I normally would and they are still about 3 sizes too small. I can't even wear them but it will cost me too much to ship them back. I will never order shoes from this site again.

I was disappointed in how long it took to receive my order. The return address for their business is San Francisco and I live in Utah; the merchandise should have arrived in no longer than 7-10 days. I was also dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise. It's cheap stuff from China.

Offered 30% refund after negative reviews! They count on people giving up on returns because they make the process cost prohibitive and difficult. Products are extremely poor quality and you have to pay shipping and customs to return to China! Products are shipped to you from US. You pay postage to China. I wasted a day trying to figure out how to send this crap back. Total scam!

I purchased a shirt that came in several colors, green and blue were among them. I chose green. I received blue. They said to email a picture of it. I did. They said that is green - the color may appear differently on your computer screen. Ok, maybe so. But when it arrived, I am looking at it with my eyes - it is completely blue. Not green. Blue is not green and you can't make blue be green - except maybe on a computer screen. I will never order again. Maybe orange is yellow, also, who knows.
The best customer service, extremely happy I made a clothing purchase online here and it was very easy to find what I was looking for. Very easy to use and navigate website. Delivery says 15 business days. It arrived in less than two weeks. Very professional packaging. The dress was even better than I imagined and of very good quality. I will definitely be back for more clothes. And I will definitely tell all my friends and family to dress up in 10/10 fashion!
Whatever they send you, you are responsible to pay shipping to return it even if you didn't order it! I did return it all and was told refund would be issued in 2 days. It's been 2 weeks & still don't have a refund or any correspondence from them.
I bought several items from Zolucky end of March for a trip in April. They arrived after my trip, but no matter I like the items except for 1 dress that didn't fit. I followed procedure to get return authorization for the dress.
Authorization promised within 48 hours. It never came. I waited. Repeated the process and waited again. No authorization came. Ever. I emailed customer service and have yet to get a reply. Be careful of this company. They have lost my business.

Wish they had more info about fabric. They included machine wading and dry cleaning on the same item. Since the fabric was not defined, I am unsure how to clean item. US regulations state that fabric must be defined on clothing label, usually on left inside seam for tops.
More variety in titles is needed, and a way to bookmark items or make a wish list so one doesn't have to search for the same items again and again. Sometimes the price on the web listing is different once you put it in the cart- always much higher. Materials need to be more accurate, i. E. 80% cotton, 20%polyester.
Coupons often don't work; you can't save items for a wish list; each item needs a unique title so one can find it again without having to search the whole site page by page!

One of the two dresses I ordered (size small) turned out to be huge and looked more like an X-large. The other dress which was the same size fit well and I love it! What I do not like about this online merchant is the delivery time. It took exactly a month from the order date for me to receive the dresses. I am getting ready to return the large dress (which states small on the label), so I hope the return goes smoothly.

I love the dresses; however, I'm a first time customer and do not know how these will actually fit me, so I cannot give a thorough review until I receive the dresses. One suggestion is to have to length posted for all dresses as some did not have them. If the dresses are petite it should state petite in the description

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
